We went all the way (from Kyoto) to Osaka just for this! I first had it on a study trip with my group mates and I wanted #zombiehusband to try as well! We ordered one set of kaiseki each. And my favourite is the raw kani! It's sweet and succulent. The texture is semi-solid but not liquid! A bit like tofu but firmer. Haha it's a complicated texture.
