I’m still trying to space out my plushie posts on here, but since tumblr is text friendly, I may just type some stuff about my crafting every now and then as well! I do not know how to like… grow an audience here… but maybe a couple people will see it.
I don’t really have anything too exciting today, as I’m still dealing with intense pain and fatigue making it hard to do much, but…. I have finally listed the Splatoon Octopus beanies on both Etsy and Ko-Fi! I had been working on them since last year, but was just so busy with commissions, life, health problems, and shop orders that I only just now got around to getting some assembled. But it is exciting, because now I have both inkings and octolings represented in the beanies!!!
I made the Octopus ones a little bit bigger just because I could, so they are like 8 inches long whereas the Squids are about 6.5 inches long. I may enlarge the Squids in the future as well, but I don’t have the time to remake all 15 colors in a new size at the moment. But if someone specifically asked me for an 8 inch squid to match the new octopus’, I could do it no problem. In the future I will likely add Big Octopus as well to match the Big Squids, but that can’t be a priority until I can afford more fabric.
I still have ONE plush I was working on since October of last year for the shop, and it’s the Mettaur from Megaman Battle Network! I will be getting the example one made up soon so I can get those in the shop before the Legacy Collection is out. After that, I think I will be caught up and can move onto new ideas, health permitting.
