The idea was to show off a Christmas or Winter beer, in this case a dry caramel fruity La Moneuse Special Winter Ale - a good beer, but not a deserving afsluiter(see 2nd photo), so with enough deserving guests around the X-mas table I dared pulled out this Zombination IV M.A. L.I., a 17% ABV massive Stout ripened on Ardbeg Islay Scotch whisky barrel by De Struise Brouwers in collab with many others... truly a delight worthy of a Christmas night.
