Yu-Gi-Oh! Fanfic Favorites List

I've been thinking about doing this since I really love reading fanfics , and since I've been giving recs to zombosity lately I just thought I would go ahead and make a list for anyone who might be interested.

Also since Yami and Yugi are my two absolute favorite characters, most of the stories I like to read tend to revolve around either one or both of them.

Trouble Me - Yami Yugi and Yugi friendship. This is one of my very favorite fics because I love how the author writes their relationship.

The Sacrament - pre canon fic about Grandpa Mutou and his family. Little Yugi in this one just kills me with his adorableness, especially with the picture that he draws.

Memory Written in Frozen Smiles - Anzu and Yami Yugi friendship

Variation on a Theme - this is a 'What If?' AU fic, in this case the question is "What if someone other than Yugi solved the puzzle?"

Boys and Girls - focuses on Anzu's one-sided crush on Yami.

Senbazuru - Yugi and Yami friendship, takes place post canon

Five Seconds - Anzu-centric, set during the Ceremonial Duel

An End in Light - post canon, Yugi-centric

Not Forgotten - post canon, Yugi and the gang.

Maybe I'm Amazed - Mana-centric, post canon. Could also be taken as Atem/Mana if you want to read it that way.

I Dream of You, In a World Without You - post canon Yugi/Anzu and slight Atem/Mana.

Draw - Yami and Joey friendship

Legally Insane - Kaiba-centric and pretty funny. Mokuba gets kidnapped (of course) and Kaiba starts seeing things.

My Partner - Yami and Yugi friendship

14 YGO Pairings That I Don't (Really) Ship - The link goes to Chapter 6 of the story which is Yami/Mana fluff and my favorite one.

A Good Man - Yami and Yugi friendship

Cycle of Swords - This one's a bit different as it's about the Legendary Knights from Season 4 and Dark Magician Girl. Personally I liked them so it's interesting to see their story fleshed out more.

Once Was - Atem/Mana, kind of nsfw I guess. There's no actual sex since it's already taken place, but still.
