"Fourty, fourty-one, fourty-tw-…" He was counting softly to himself, eyes flicking between the many beads of water against the glass until he heard Eve’s voice. "…Hm….If only I was lucky enough to…not see this uhm…weather. I like the…outdoors and the sun. But…at least we can stay warm in here." He eyes the rain cautiously like it was up to no good, then turns his head to glance at Eve from the corner of his eye and flashes a charming little smile.
Inside he felt very insecure, like he was made of vibrating glass ready to shatter. He didn’t want to crumble in front of the other Elsen though so he decides to study Eve’s features curiously, running his eyes over the image of him without his hat on, it wasn’t often he saw him without it.
"Hmm?" Eve hummed curiously as he turned to look at Sunny. He quickly placed his dried hardhat back on his head when he noticed Sunny’s attention was no longer on the window but on him. A light blush appearing on his face out of mild embarrassment of being caught without his hat on.
"Erm… you find this… weather to be un…lucky?" he asked, his curiosity invoked by that way Sunny worded his response. And if so, why? He almost wanted to add on.
"Oh uhm. Yes...extremely." He says matter-of-fact. He raises a curious eyebrow to Eve, expression pondering on why the other did not find this weather so damnable, didn't bad things happen to everyone when it rained?
He doesn't elaborate any further on his answer, he wouldn't talk about it if not asked. He looks at Eve for a second longer before he frowns a little, averting his gaze to the windowsill and not the rain. A shy hand goes to pick at the surface quietly, even though there is nothing to chip away at.
(Eve) 'Rain, rain, go away!'
Well- it wasn't often for Sunny to be caught out in the rain in Zone 1, though it was strange for him to have a visitor. He'd quickly hurried Eve into the break around the barns at the first sign of rainfall.
Little did Eve know that Sunny was absolutely terrified of rain, and storms were even worse. He'd try and keep his composure though, for his friends sake. The small break room consisted of a few counters, a table, some chairs and a fridge. It was quite simple in its design with four walls and two windows. Along one of the walls were a few coat hooks, one of which was broken. Sunny smiles at Eve despite the fear he can feel in his head and takes the other's hand, leading him to a window. "Do not...fret Eve, Sir. This w-weather is sure to uhm...clear. Yes. Until then we can play some...games?"
The Elsen bravely peers out the glass, obscured by cascading raindrops now. "Let's see how many raindrops...you can...count! Hehe." Maybe that would preoccupy his mind and offer some fun for the other, "Go!" And with that he starts counting out loud when he can see some rain hit the glass.

"Adhesive," Eve repeated, looking around his feet in case the chunk of the vase was around, "tape… glue.. anything to cover the crack." He tilted the vase to the side to prevent anymore of the water from spilling onto the floor. "Hm, I think we have… glue somewhere around here," he said, distractedly.
"Oh...I shall go...find it if you tell me where...it is! I do not have any..." He fumbles his fingers together worriedly, eventually working their way to the end of his tie. He hoped the vase could be repaired, he didn't want it to upset Eve or anything.

Eve relaxed, a faint smile appeared on his face out of amusement. “I know you didn’t mean to,” he said simply, “it is my mistake… after all. Jealousy doesn’t really… suit you, Sunny.” It was rather silly of him to assume the cheerful Elsen to be envious of someone.
"Well it has been awhile," Eve said, his face returning to his usual neutral expression, "how have you been, Sunny?"
Sunny nodded in delight once he'd put his arms back down to his sides, "Oh I have been...quite fine! very...fine indeed. It is so nice to...see you again Eve Sir. How...are you doing these...days?" He smiles warmly, glad to see an old familiar face.
Eve: "Are you jealous?"
Sunny blinks, a brief smile flashing across his face as he sees Eve, someone he hasn’t spoke to in quite some time.
Though it softens a bit after he’s asked the question, “Uhm…Jealous? Jealous of…what may I ask?
Eve: You can finish... your project later, Sunny. You can.. return to it later... once you're well rested.
He let out a little disappointed sigh, not pleased that he hadn’t finished this in time. Though his work was getting increasingly more sloppier the longer he stayed awake, and by this point all he was managing to jot down were a few doodles.
"…I’m not…that tired." He lies to himself, "…But…I think I’m—just going…to…—-………" He trails off and slowly lays his head down on the desk in front of him, deciding that yes, this was a comfy enough equivalent to a pillow and he would just rest his eyes for a moment here.
