These are broccoli leaves 🥦🥬 I use them exactly like collards. Soups, stews, pressure cook them with some Creole seasoning. All'o that ✨😋 The leaves really make up the bulk of the broccoli plant, they're my favorite part and they've got the most nutrition to boot! 💪
