An elegant, refined, radiant evening for me always begins with bubbles (and really starts off on the right foot with a touch of pink)! 🥂 • May I introduce you to this limited release which started my evening out with an extra bit of elegance? @ZoninProsecco Doc Rosé 1821 arrived at the LCBO (and across Canada) November 13th, and was in my fridge chilling for last night shortly thereafter. This is not only a new #wine for Zonin, but a new venture for the Italian wine business! The #ZoninProsecco Rosé Denominazione di Origine Controllata is brand new, and is comprised of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. • Did you know that rennet apples are called “reinette” en français? The name means “little queen”! 👑 #ZoninProseccoRosé has notes of this regal little apple with hints of red berries (like wild strawberries) and violets. On the palate, there are floral notes and white peach, and it’s surprisingly soft and smooth effervescence is complemented by a subtle almond finish. • Being alive is cause for celebration in my books, and this light and refreshing ballgown in a glass is the finishing touch on my #sparklingmoment!
