Hello 👋 I was wondering if you knew anything about "color story mapping" or reading things in the spots of colors on animals? Such as if a horse has a spot of white that looks like a bird and what would it mean? I'm just looking for resources and possibly guidance on how to do it thanks!
I have never really heard of this before! It sounds interesting but unfortunately really broad many cultures have used animal behavior as a means of divination but I've not seen nearly as much about what the colors or shapes of an animal could mean. It's probably a pretty regional thing, a white spot on a horse could mean one thing in one area and the opposite in another.
The best I've found was "zoomancy" or "theriomancy" and I found this page on it from occult world but even then there isn't much mention of the colors of the animal meaning anything, it's mostly based on behavior.
I haven't vetted their sources as that would take too long and who knows when I'd be able to answer your ask lol
