Musical Accompaniment: They Called It So this commissions was pretty unique, and rather special to me. I know its not November 11th, and frankly the my client and I don't care. This is a memorial piece in honour of those who served, fought, and died. This is in memory of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. I took a few liberties here with my client's permission, and designed a memorial site, and a tomb for a Zootopian Soldier who fought for the freedom of his fellow mammals, predator and prey alike. Here, we see @JKnight97's, Nick and Judy paying their respects for the fallen soldier, and honouring his memory. Around the tomb poppies bloom.

November 11th is near and dear to my heart. My Grandmother was the first British War Bride to arrive in Canada, my grandfather fought in the war, served and died and my step-grandfather was a medic on the field. When I was a little girl, I was asked to compose a piano solo for Remembrance Day. I was 9 years old. I played before the entire school. I've painted memorials, composed music, and given talks to commemorate the day in various venues. Remembrance Day has always been and will continue be a part of who I am.
