Zorya's origin in human world? I think she's Russian
Zorya's ethnicity
You would not be wrong! Her very name finds its roots in the ancient Slavic pantheon. 'Zorya' - the bringer of light, the dawn. But she grew in the north of the Demon Realm - above the vampire territory, in hostile lands between the vampire and adler clan, near to the mountains. Her mother, on the other hand, was originally from the human world. From a small, insignificant, and long forgotten nomad tribe that roamed the world...was it during the age of Elam? during the Akkadian domination? at the beginning of the Persian Empire? No one knows and no one cared - especially those who brought her to the ominous dark lands of the Demon World. Everything was dangerous back then, unpredictable and vicious. Magic was wild and free. Free to observe, free to fear. Zorya's mother lost her kin, descended, and discovered this oh-too-alive hell and knew she was condemned to stay.
She was sixteen and she became a slave.
it must have been nice to be born and raised there🥰
