正月の朝食バッフェはおせち。本日のヌードルは雑煮。大変うまかった。

元日に食べた母の雑煮。 いつもは鶏肉や里芋、筍など入るのですが「今年はシンプルにしたのよ」と母。いやいや、他にもいつも作るローストビーフも春雨のサラダもないではないですか！ 代わりに煮物を作ったようだけど、やはり年をとると、好きな御節作りも苦になってくるのかもしれないですね。

今年は環境も整えて、もう一度ご馳走を作ってもらえるよう頑張りましょう！
