“Probably you more-so than me, Zow,” Pixi replied, laughing a little. After all, it was the other superheroine who had a legacy and history spanning probably centuries—it wasn’t like PixiGirl had been around for nearly that long. Not to mention the tiny little problem that glamour posed; it made it difficult for people to have lasting impressions of her, and forget showing up properly on film. 

Only select few people would be able to truly remember a fae superhero long after she was gone; the rest would only have small, nagging sensations and thoughts in the back of their heads on certain days. And she didn’t have much of a problem with that, honestly—there were already far too many things on her plate to worry about than her relationship with the public at large. 

“But I’d say we’ve both definitely got big responsibilities.”

“There is nothing wrong with having a healthy appreciation for drama, and you need to boot anyone that tells you otherwise because we don’t need that sort of negativity in our lives.” Is she exaggerating? Maybe, but the faerie can still relate; had anyone back home actually known about what she was doing ( and not immediately put her on trial for more than a few reasons ), she got the feeling that the main reaction she’d get would be being called dramatic. 

It was her boredom that had lead her to this, wasn’t it? That, and a mix of wanting to do more in the world than clean snail shells. 

“But either way, you shouldn’t feel bad. Sometimes drama just likes certain people.” And they love it back.

she had dramatically draped herself across her alters lair, but ... pow had taken to long to show up, so zow ended up falling asleep. she's still there, curled up in a ball and hair a bit of a mess now, primed for either mercy or for a prank. the choice is yours, gal.

He hadn’t meant to be late, and already had an apology prepped for his counterpart, but, of course, by the time he showed up, she was asleep. Not that he knew that when he finally parked the car in his lair.

“Sorry about that Zow– there was this thing downtown super annoy…” Oh.

She was curled in a bright pink ball on the cushy leather couch. Her hair was a bit of a mess but, it wasn’t like it looked that bad. She could fix that with a brush.

If Pow was a kinder person, maybe he’d have woken her up by shaking her shoulder or something less… rude.

But he already had the air horn and nothing was gonna stop him.

She’d do the same to him.
