I really love the concept of Zuo being an outdoor cat and Iza being an indoor cat because...like in a perfect world... It would be so cute if Zuo and Iza meet through the window and Zuo is smitten when he sees Iza and Iza acts the way he always acts and it’s just such a cute thing for me to think about.

Zuo doing literally everything to try to win Iza’s heart and Iza always upturning his nose but whenever Zuo leaves he’s just “A-ah! Wait! Make sure to come back sometime okay?”

Zuo’s ears had leaned back when he heard Iza’s bell chime. He felt their hand caress his cheek and rest on his jawline before moving to pull him backward to feel a kiss being pressed against his lips.

It was soft and tender, which took him by surprise. He didn’t hate it. The small touch was something he craved for and easily, Zuo returned the kiss. He brought a hand to rest against Iza’s cheek. It didn’t last much longer after that as Iza pulled away to look down on him, brushing Zuo’s hair out of his face. 

The black feline leaned into Zuo’s hand, turning his face to nuzzle into their palm. The warmth of their hand and feeling the scars made Iza chuckle. 

“What’s so funny?” Zuo asked, his brows furrowed in confusion as he simply watched Iza and how they acted. 

“Nothing really. The feeling of your scars, it’s almost soft.” Iza commented as Zuo moved on his own to fulling face Iza.

Both of them are actually quite cuddly. The one that initiates the cuddling is Zuo.

They spend at least 3 hours a day cuddling together and while cuddling, Iza would be the one to groom Zuo’s ears. 

After three hours, Iza is the one that becomes frazzled and over stimulated and ends up hissing and scratching at Zuo to be let go.

Zuo actually hates that Iza gets overstimulated after 3 hours. He loves to hold and carry Iza around.

Iza likes to be the big spoon only because he finds it to be easier to groom Zuo, but most of the time Iza is the small spoon and ends up facing Zuo a lot, having his face at Zuo’s chest.

While cuddling, often, Iza would trace the scars on Zuo’s hands, forearms and sometimes on their chest. 

Sometimes, while Iza is grooming Zuo’s ears, he’ll bite him, which would make Zuo mad and they end up wrestling/fighting. 

Zuo rarely would groom Iza back, only because he knows that would make Iza frisky for more than just grooming and Iza often grooms his own ears and doesn’t need them to be cleaned.

They rarely actually engaged in anything sexual while cuddling. There would be occasional bites, licks, and caressing but it was never anything more than that. Unless they both felt up to it, which was rare as their sexual drives were almost completely opposite.

UGH OKAY BUT: They shared a community scent. They can sniff the air and easily, find each other no matter where they are in the city. They used to have a community together before they broke up. Zuo “owns” or is the “leader” of the community now and Iza for the most part has nothing to do with it anymore. But, sometimes, while they are both separated, they would find an object or an article of clothing that belonged to the other and fondly remember each other. Depending on who finds it; Iza would sleep with it as a comfort item(similar to how someone would sleep with a teddy bear) he still misses being with Zuo. Zuo would hold onto it and remember back when Iza was someone he loved(and still loves) with his whole heart. It’s hard for him to throw away items that remind him of Iza.

Iza’s ears were leaned back when he looked up at Zuo seeing how they were just staring. He gave a soft tsk, “Why are you just staring?” His words lost it’s sharp edge as he became bashful.

Zuo gave a hum, “Can’t I just look at you? You’re beautiful, you know.” He spoke as his hands moved to the hem of Iza’s pants.

“I know, but that’s something you say when you kiss me.” The black feline said, bringing his arms down to cover his face with his shirt. 

The cream-colored feline leaned forward again, pressing a kiss above the belly button, then the ribs, then the center of Iza’s chest, “You’re beautiful, don’t hide, Dear.” He spoke in a low husky tone, his arm reaching under Iza’s back to hold him as they arched their chest upward.
