This is the Shrine Maiden of Parsdise, Hakurei Reimu(博麗霊夢), a Touhou main protagonist, who first appeared in Touhou 1: HRTP: Highly Responsive to Prayers. Developed by ZUN Soft. My Comments: Well finally... The main protagonist, the shrine maiden who "doesn't particularly mind needless killing."(Touhou: Suzunaan. I don't remember which chapter it is from). She isn't my particular favorite character. All she does is go around and does... Stuff... to youkai and fairies, with her long rod of purification. If you know what I mean ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I don't know how fabrics work, I'm sorry!
