Zuzoo help me!! I havent lost any weight and im going to seem y doctor in a week!!! What do i do? 😭
im not a nutritionist and its not healthy to lose a lot of weight in a week just remember portions are everything, fresh healthy food is important, and do a min 15 minute exercise per day but you need to want it no one else can help/force you to lose weight its all on you so be safe and let your doctor know whats going on
