did you recently change your icon ? if not go to your tumblr blog setting and click on the blog your wanting to see yoru icon for , then edit the icon and pick the same one again to see if it updates it

I did change my icon - a couple of times. Is that why? No matter how many times I upload it again it's still weird.

those icons are called favicons, and you should be able to change them by finding {Favicon} in your html code and replacing with a link to the image you want there instead!

I tried that, but it didn't work :/ Thanks, though!
