Something that I really admire is that Yamato figures things out really quickly. Like, he realizes that in order to transform into Zyuoh Eagle, the bird man who saved him gave some of his zyuman power/life force to him. I feel like in a lot of shows the protag wouldn’t figure it out as fast as he did.
Fun fact, first time I saw that shirt, I thought it said “beas/tial/ity”.
