The Judges
They stand on a tall platform, so tall that you have to look up to see them. They look down on everyone else and judge them. They’re unfair, unreasonable, and too merciless. When someone makes a mistake, they call it out, they expose it to others. They’re the cause of mental breakdowns and anxiety of others. They patronize them, judge them, and discard their feelings as if it amounts to nothing. They sneer at you while you tell them your problems, and once your back is turned, they spread the truth that you told them. They make up lies about, they spread make-believe stories about you. And when you snap, they direct the blame to you and everyone believes them. Beware, for there are always a Judge pointing things towards us. They’re pointing towards you, and you watch others fall to their acts. The victims are distressed and asks them a question everyday, something that they never bothered to answer:
Why?
Instead, they turn around and laugh with the people that they took away from you, from us.
Now we’re left with ourselves, unprotected and vulnerable.
