Louis scoffs. “Pretty sure if it needs that much spicing…” He uses his fingers to put air quotes around the last word. “Then your relationship is already doomed.”

Harry clicks his tongue disdainfully. “Of course you’re not mature enough to understand something so evolved. You probably wouldn’t last three dates.”

(Or the one where Louis and Harry are frenemies, but a slightly tipsy bet has them doing a challenge that involves going on twenty-six consecutive dates leading up to Christmas Day. Will they kill each other, or find out they have more in common than they thought?)

The slow burn of this fic was great, and I really liked her characterisations of the main characters and the side ones too. The relationship and dynamic between chanyeol and jongin was really cute and sweet, and at one point almost stupid on both their parts for the thing that happens but you can really understand why they did what they did and it’s just a really good au and fic. Jongin is really easy to fall in love with and relate to in this as well, even if he is an underwear model :) Highly recommended!
