I honestly don’t get people who say that Ginny doesn’t deserve Harry, or she’s just had a super hero crush on Harry.

Ginny is the only person in the world that truly understand Voldemort the way Harry does. She’s the only other person who has been under his influence. Likewise he is the only person who understand what she’s been through. If you don’t think that what happened to her in her first year doesn’t effect her because she became outgoing and was at least semi popular in Hogwarts you obviously don’t get her yourself.

I understand not shipping them. I don’t myself. Bonnie and Dan’s horrible chemistry probably had something to do with it. Yet to say that Ginny doesn’t deserve Harry or doesn’t understand him is dead wrong.
