Color correction took me a while for this one, I'm not that used to bright palettes in personal work
I LOVED your Ryouma doodle. How you rendered the planes of his face...the way he's looking at something beyond the camera...just mwuh. chef's kiss. 10/10 no notes.
Do you have any tips on drawing faces, and what to study to get better at them? I'm just completely enamored by the sharp edges and overall rendering of his face. It makes me feel insane.
Also what brushes do you use to paint? (sorry for the million questions...your Ryouma doodle made me so happy!!)
Hello!
It makes me so happy to know you liked the Ryoma doodle so much, I had a lot of fun painting him T T
Regarding the tips on drawing faces, my method is a bit different since I've been sculpting for a few years now. I do the plane simplification process on automatic at this point, but I do believe photo studies are a must!
As for brushes, I used a hard round brush and a flat brush for Ryoma, nothing fancy, really! With regular artworks I use the same two brushes and the basic airbrush along with some texture brushes for certain elements (plants, denim...) but I really adapt to whatever I feel like using in the moment!
I'm sorry I couldn't give you a more specific answer 🥹🥹 I hope it's helpful for you though!
Revisited this one to adjust some things. Attached the previous doodle in case you want to compare them (low angles are difficult)

Loved painting the golden details 😚💕

More Mori Nagayoshi! I really like this attire of his, very grateful his artist showed his different ascensions in so much detail 🙏
First aid plasters
Small doodle! I've been drawing a bunch of different servants lately for both warm-ups and cooldowns, so of course I had to make time for him 😚💕

"Going round in circles"
I love Okita and Shinpachi's friendship, so I wanted to draw them together! I hope they interact more in-game in the future ☺️
Kiryu doodle for a friend :)
"Runaway"
It feels like forever since I last drew something FGO related! Mori, Kippoushi, Takasugi and Shinpachi are some of the few characters I have grailed, so I made sure to put some extra love into this illustration 🥰🥰
Certa
Wanted to draw one of my oldest OCs (and postergirl!) again. Her design changed a bit, but that's only natural given how long it's been since my last illustration of her. I hope you like it 😚💕
