Strangely, Jun is somehow holding on, although his breathing seems to be getting slower. For him, it’s all black, he doesn’t know what’s happening or how long it has been since the blast.
Two minutes pass, and the loud sirens get louder until the ambulance stops just by the school entrance. Medics quickly reach the lab entrance, guided by a student. A short questioning preempts their checking of sign of life, which they find in amazement. They soon get his parts together on a stretcher and rush to the hospital.
After they ran out of the school to the hospital, Takao couldn’t help but go after them. Before anything, he did drop by in the infirmary to ask for a change of clothes, since his was dirty with blood. He might take some time to clean the dried blood later at home.
He reached the hospital faster than he thought with his bicycle, rushing in and asking for the guy, which he found out was names Jun after asking the other students about him. He was guided to a room, but he didn’t get in right away. To be honest, he was scared. Scared of what sight awaited him on the other side of the door, inside his room. He stood by the door for a moment or two, taking a deep breath before he stepped in. He made his best to just walk to take a seat and wait for any signs of movement from the other, head low, eyes staring the floor.
