Entrance! There was already a queue when I went there before the opening time! The staff will take your order while you queue.
A Christmas tree displayed during Masaki’s month!
How the interior looks like! It was once decorated with gifts for Masaki from all over the globe, however because of Johnny’s and his strict regulations, it became simplistic like this.
Cashier where Mother-in-law settled my bill! I didn’t dare to chat with her~ Masaki resembles her so much, tall and slender and pretty! When she served the food, all the fans held their breathes it’s adorable. (*´艸`*)
Above the cashier, there are certificates Father-in-law and Brother-in-law received.
↑ What do you mean in-law?!
Beside the cashier, there are merchandises of their mascot for sale. I bought a green pin badges of Keikarou’s logo and mascot for ¥1500.

The omamori with 二宮神社 written on it is not available in yellow so I bought the blue one which is my favourite Kazu pairing Ohmiya!
Kazusa-Tsurumai station 上総鶴舞駅
Filming location of 青空の下、キミのとなり
I was being judged. (*´艸`*)
Check the timing of the trains to and fro (The trains arrive at low frequency so don’t be stuck at the station!)
Include this in your plan for the visit to Kisarazu!
Not allowed to go onto the tracks to take photographs but I broke the rule because there was not a single soul around.
Please take photographs discretely
Please do not get hit by a train while taking photographs
I was comtemplating whether to go onto the tracks~
I ate my ekiben at the eki while waiting for the train back!
Behind Kazusa-Tsurumai station
Although I like Ohmiya, sorry to be rude but the shrine looks creepy. I took the photograph from a distance and went back to the station.
Filming location of Sakurai Sho’s 2002, 2003, 2006 drama and movies Kisarazu Cat’s Eye

Take a pamphlet from the tourist information
Bad scanning of the map but I didn’t want to scan again because I didn’t want to crumble the pamphlet~
The pamphlet is very useful in helping you find your directions to the filming locations, even for someone who is road blind like me!
1. Exit Kisarazu station
2. Turn left
4. Turn left
5. Walk straight to tourist information
Once you enter, Kisarazu Cat’s Eye merchandises displayed on the cupboards!
Photographs are the best in keeping what is lost in time.
Upon seeing that I took photographs of the merchandises once I entered,
Female staff: Whose fan are you?
Female staff: Sho-kun came in here and took the promotional poster. He was standing here (in front of the counter).
Female staff gave me a Kisarazu Cat’s Eye pamphlet..
Female staff: Where did you come from?
Female staff gave me a Kisarazu Cat’s Eye paper cup.
Female staff: Did you come alone?
Female staff gave me a Kisarazu Cat’s Eye chopsticks.
Female staff: You can’t use it
My thoughts: Why would I use it?! I would never use it!
While I continued to take photographs, the conversation between the staffs was about the casts going back to visit after the filming has ended. Aww~
I am not sure if this is the exact location because there are a few stretches of shops which look similar and the signboards have changed.
See that white book under Bambi’s clothes? Sho confessed that it was his script falling out on 141009 Abunaiyakai! He did not dare to admit at the time of filming because it was getting late.
Sho’s expression at top right hand corner!
This staircase will be on your left. Turn right and enter Mimachi Street.
Mimachi street where the drama and movies unfold!
Bussan’s father’s barber shop

Buy 2 versions of A3-sized posters for ¥100 each
The material is just ordinary not poster paper but yes I bought them! The posters are precious to me I even went back to Akihabara where I misplaced it in the washroom! The Ojisan tried to promote to me the keychain but it was not that nice I would buy it.
Close up of the photographs but the reflections~ (;//́Д/̀/)
The Ojisan of the store was very friendly.
Before I left Mimachi Street,
Ojisan: 写真は撮った?Have you taken the photographs?
Ojisan: 気を付けてね。元気でね。Be careful. Take care.
It was difficult to take a full front view because of the walls behind me.
The best front view I took.
Bambi has moved away but the statue is still there.
It’s heartwarming to see the interior of the shops decorated with Kisarazu Cat’s Eye poster and merchandises!
Master’s shop is no longer around but the boat is kept at the same shop as above.
Buy behind-the-scene photographs at Sasaki Studio
A hard copy of the group photograph of Cat’s Eye costs ¥500. A soft copy costs ¥4200.
Find the watermarks in those photographs~
You can consider which photographs to buy before entering. Basically, I bought everything as long as there is Sho!
Pose like Bambi and take a photograph in Cat’s Eye uniform for ¥2100
When I just asked to take the photograph in the Cat’s Eye uniform, the female boss misunderstood and replied me that the uniform is not for sale. I think she was asked many times whether the uniform is for sale she is sick of it. You will enter a room at the back. The background screen will lower. The male staff took two photographs for me!

Bambi in yukata showing off his なで肩 <--- 辞めて
The legend in the drama is that a couple will be together forever if the man piggybacks the lady across the bridge.
I did not cross the bridge because Bambi was not there to piggyback me~
You have to walk a distance to the bridge, passing by the harbour along the way, but the scenery is worth it!
I was cheering Cat’s Eye! Nyan! Cat’s Eye! Nyan! the entire time I was there! Somehow, I felt lonely leaving Kisarazu. Most businesses are down. Although there are people around, it looked like they are just passing through Mimachi Street to another destination.
