Hereâs my Meet the Artist! And also a new design for my sona :3
This was originally going to be a comment, however I'm very autistic over my guys, and I want to ramble.
I'm a trans guy, but I have very few trans people in my story. 4 trans guys, 2 trans women, and one enby. One of the trans guys is dead (he's killed), two are villains but one stops being a villain, and one comes out much later in the story (and is the dad of the ex-villain). They're also all very mentally unwell, and the one that was doing the best is the dead one. Meanwhile my two trans women are thriving.
My trans guys:
My trans women:
me and my million fucking brushes that I use
One of them is the younger adoptive sister of the currently villain trans guy, and he was absolutely fucking awful to her. But she's doing better now. They're not infallible, the other one is a little bit of a freak (but we love her), but they're significantly better people than the guys. And they've both been through shit, but they're doing so much better than my boys.
The enby is the older sibling of one of the main cast, and is very much a background character. But they had a really huge positive impact on their sister's development, and are the reason she is the way she is in present day.
They are punk, their sister is goth.
Here's another one of my trans guys that means so much to me dearly. He's in another story, but it's lowkey in the same universe as the one I was just talking about. (Side note, Lucifer and Satan are not in a relationship.)
He used to be an angel known as Anael.
Anael was the Archangel of Joy and/or Love. She loved so deeply. She was incredibly powerful, but also incredibly young. Out of The 7 Archangels (there are others, but they were the 7 most powerful), she was the second youngest at 6k years old prior to her fall. Sachiel (the one with her in the picture above), her older sibling, was the third youngest at 190k years old.
However, a horrific incident happened that hurt her so deeply that it changed her completely. Anael went from a sweet, loving, and joyous angel to a bitter, angry, ans spiteful one.
Nowadays, Lucifer is the King of Hell. He is the Prince of Wrath, whereas Satan is the Prince of Pride. He realised he was trans prior to the incident, but was deeling with a lot of emotional turmoil prior to it because, in his mind, it "went against God".
I'm personally a lot more inclined to absolutely fucking up my boys then my girls because I'm a trans guy myself. I also just tend to make trans men farrr more than trans women (which I think is fine for many reasons. Media has a heavy focus on trans women, with trans men often being completely shafted or just left in the dust. Trans men are basically completely invisible. And, also, I AM a trans man. It's my own lived experience.). I don't have a lot of trans characters in general, most of mine are cis because I only make a character trans if I feel it's right, but when I do make them, they're usually trans guys, and they're usually the most grumpy fuckers you will ever meet. And they're, more often than not, assholes because they've been hurt so deeply that their natural disposition leans towards prickly/sour/abrasive. They don't trust people very easily, and they can see through bullshit very very easily too. And it doesn't come out of nowhere, it's from my own lived experience.
Lucifer is probably the one that embodies my whole "my trans men are usually mentally ill fucked up lil guys that are sour balls of spite who are increidbly distrusting of others, and experienced a deep pain that resulted in this behaviour" the most, and I think he really started it. I am not a sour guy full of spite and trust issues... but I have projected, at least, a part of myself very deeply onto these guys. But it's not just me, it is also other trans guys I know or have known. In my own personal life, I have known far more trans men than women.
Itâs all fun and games when characters share a name
Until you realise that also means certain characters will share a name that you donât want to share a name
But you made your bed, so now you gotta lay in it.
I made this choice. I made this decision. I could go back, but I donât want to because it fits.
Yknow, Sachiel? That was almost obligatory. Theyâre one of the 7 main archangels in my universe. I chose them to be one of the 7 after all my research. Theyâre a canon angel.
Ramiel? HE WAS GIVEN THAT NAME YESTERDAY. HEâS A FUCKING OC. IâVE HAD HIM FOR LIKE 5 YEARS. HEâS A HEINOUS MANNNN GET HIM AWAY FROM THE BABYGIRLLL DO NOT LET HIM BE WITHIN PERCEIVING DISTANCE OF THAT GORGEOUS LADY
ALASTAIR (thatâs his current name, Ramiel is his angel name) YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO SHARE A NAME WITH THAT SWEETHEART (says the writer who makes all the decisions)
Justice for Ramiel Evangelion. Iâm sorry I did you so dirty sweetie
Actually she could probably fuck him up
The fun part about making an OC based on mythology/taking creative liberties with a character based in mythology is being able to point to something else based on the same mythology, and saying âthatâs the same personâ
Like guys thatâs literally the same person
Spot the difference challenge: impossible
Why is the fourth angel (for simplicity) a freak of nature. Itâs 4am, itâs dark, and I keep scrolling up on my iPad. It is just taking up the WHOLE screen. I know my dumbass is easily freaked out but come on

I could not stop thinking about these sillies, I had to draw more of them.
This is actually my first ever animtion meme I've done, so I'm really proud with how it came out.
I stole that fucking bird that I hate (and unfortunately love)
This fucker changed my fucking brain chemistry when I was 14 years old. So did Hawks. Hawks is the reason Anima, my personal project, exists in the first place.
These fucking birds. Me when birds.
I already stole Hawks, I think it's about time I also stole Overhaul. Make him look less like he's 1 step away from triggering my trauma. He would also fit PERFECTLY into the story.
Is. Is he. Is he part of...
Fucking revelation of my goddamn life, I think this fucker is part of why the primary villains of the first part of Anima are so focused on eradicating the anima, and making them out to be a blight upon the world.
Yknow. Aside from the fact I'm currently living in a country that wants to get rid of trans people, and our rights are actively being taken away.
Im too insanely excited about this. So here's a WIP of my second attack for June this month
Im not tagging them, so I doubt they'll see this before it's finished. Idk! BDSJFSDH
My attack for @actuallyrea , which posted on here for a few reasons. 1) the image was too big to post the full quality PNGs on ArtFight. 2) I wanted to show the non-eyestrain version. And 3) I have versions with and without the backgrounds I wanted to show off (edit. Reason number 4) the colours aren't as vibrant in the attack, which I believe is becuas I compressed it down to a JPEG insetad of a PNG. Love that-)

I think its a major improvement over last year :>
My spoiler-free reaction to⊠a certain character.
Deltarune chapter 5 spoilers
A good handful of people: I am so sick and tired of people focusing on the pretty anime boy just because heâs pretty anime boy, and ignoring everyone else. I donât understand how people like him. Itâs genuinely so infuriating.
Meanwhile, the rest of the fandom: I HATE HIM. I HATE HIM. DIE DIE DIE DIE HES SO ANNOYING SHUT UPPPP
I promise you that no one is liking him because âanime sexy manâ. Please actually look at what people are saying before making assumptions like that. We fucking hate the guy.
Deltarune chapter 5 spoilers (I have not finished it, this is an edit)
Went from âoh, subtext?â To âOH THE TEXTâ within seconds
Everyone who said the trans ralsei theory is wrong/makes them upset owes everyone who suspected that a big apology right the fuck now
Iâve literally talked to someone who said the trans ralsei theory made them upset for such-a-such reasons. And now I hope theyâre eating their words.
How it feels playing Chapter 5 (I have now finished it, this is an edit)
"Kris. I'm going to kill this guy. Kris hand me the knife. Hand me the knife right now. I'm goING TO KILL THIS GUY. KRIS WE NEED TO KILL HIM AND I'LL BE THE ONE TO DO IT." Fuck Flowery omfg
That fucking flower??? That I hate. He acts like a lighter but the flowers are making me think he's just straight up a flower too. Blue particularly. Actually wasn't there one flower that was separate???
I think the only flower I haven't met is the red one. I've "met" the orange one. Love Yellow oh so dearly. Need him and Blue to kiss please.
"I can't believe Glitch would drop episode 9 of TADC on juneteenth" hey so there are 195 countries in the world. Juneteenth is celebrated in one. That's 194 countries where that isn't a thing. It's a national holiday, not an international holiday. And it's not celebrated in Australia, is it?
Please remember the important distinction between national and international, and have a reality check that the world doesn't revolve around America before pulling up someone who isn't American for doing something that's important to a single country. America.

Me: oh my god Jax was abused. That reaction was the reaction of an abused person. He didn't press that button intentionally, that was pure fight or flight. That was a fear response, and he was terrified of returning.
The rest of the internet: Jax killed a child, and is on the run
Me: oh... Oh. Um... Okay... Guess... Guess that makes more sense... Um...
-TADC episode 9-
Jax: I was abused
Me: VINDICATION! I WAS FUCKING RIGHT! I SAW IT! I WAS THE ONLY PERSON (or one of at least) TO FUCKING SEE IT! YOU'RE ALL STUPID!!! Genuinely how did you look at that scene though and not think of that? ... Did you guys have normal childhoods or something?
GANGLE???? HELP?? I've literally never seen that one before

Every time I see somebody saying Jaxâs actions are unjustifiable and inexcusable despite her backstory, I just have to think, âwow, that person has never experienced serious longterm abuseâ or âwow, that person has never had to be homeless because of being transâ â or worse yet, âJesus â is that how they would talk about the flaws of a homeless transgender teenager?â. Itâs truly shocking the sheer lack of compassion some people have.
Oh god yeah đ I returned to twitter for some ungodly reason (glad I did for unrelated reasons because other shit has happened in a separate community) and itâs been. Itâs been twitter, honestly, but I found out that initial theory because of YouTube. But the amount of people lacking compassion for Jax, and claiming the show is trying to âmake us feel bad for an abuserâ or âwants us to excuse her actionsâ Iâm just like. No? The isnât she lovely is confirming to us sheâs trans, first of all. And everything else is giving us context to understand why she behaves the way she does. It never says âthis was okay actuallyâ.
Her actions were fucking abhorrent, but we were provided context and reason as to why she behaved that way. Like? Being real? Theyâre not justifiable (as in her past doesnât make it okay) or excuse-able. I know from personal experience that no amount of shitty history justifies horrible behaviour. But it is understandable with context. You understand why she behaved and acted that way. You are being given the resources to realise that sheâs not acting this way because sheâs just someone who enjoys making others suffer for the fun of it, but instead because the girlâs incredibly fucking unwell and traumatised, and itâs the only way she believes she can cope.
I have plenty of characters like her. Those who hurt others because theyâre terrified of being hurt first thanks to a history of familial and childhood abuse (theyâre my babies, honestly. One of them is very similar to Jax but heâs ftm, and heâs my favourite OC). I have personally known people like that. I have personally been abused by someone like that. I am not someone like that, but I have hurt others unintentionally because I was hurt myself. But the story never rewards Jaxâs behaviour, nor my own charactersâ behaviour. I had to learn and understand by fucking up so many times that just because my behaviour had reason doesnât take away from the hurt I caused (I already knew that, but I was young and mentally ill, and so was my friend. Different person that the one I mentioned in passing before. It was a whole thing of toxicity and a cycle of hurting each other, but weâre both in a much better place now in friendship and life).
People calling Jax bad trans rep is. Genuinely wild to me. Some of the worst people in my life have been trans. Iâm trans. Weâre just people. Weâre just as human as anyone else. Jax being a bad person isnât indicative of trans people being bad people. Like. Guys. We heard her say the same thing, right? What happened to the âhurt people hurt peopleâ shit? Did we forget that it can be true sometimes? That is is often true, but just not in the ways people think it literally means? Episode 9 of TADC and The Backrooms movie really feel like a litmus test (am I using that right?) to see how well people understand human psychology, and the psychology of mentally ill people.
Iâm sorry if none of this makes any sense. I feel like Iâm trying to say something but Iâm actually saying nothing. I have a lot of thoughts, but ADHD, brain fog, and dyslexia makes it difficult for them to be coherent and connect.
