The Interview Redux - Shade Incoming...

I've read the interview, and from an actor's perspective you have to acknowledge that:

1) Sherlock IS NOT his only character. Saying he's being ignorant about what goes on in one fandom because he has not educated himself on it is incredibly selfish and condescending. 2) Yes, he's stated he loves playing the role, but the all the imagined trappings that are made up and propagated over it are so not his concern as a working actor. Get over the fandom, it ain't all that serious. The (misguided IMHO johnlock) fandom is a privilege, not a right. Just as any other ship ever is. At the end of the day, it's a fictional couple. Chill the fuck out.
