Just found a amazing workout group! Also getting my reading on today.
I miss pole dancing. It was such a great upper body workout D;! This move is called the Carasol. I was learning here to master it! 
Kinda fit, kinda fat. Far from perfect still better than who I was yesterday.
The new normal.
I’m trying to keep myself sane with at least 2 (30 minute) workouts a day.
Yesterday was a mid morning zoom workout and a lunchtime walk.
Today was a 6 am live workout (OMG that was rough) and a walk or some other workout this afternoon.
I have been good about keeping my work at my desk in my office and not sitting on my couch working. It helps keep things separate and put my mind in work mode when I’m in my office.
I even lay out clothes the night before. Granted, they’re workout clothes. But not staying in my pj’s all day also helps to get my mind in work mode.
We’re all just doing our best to adjust to this new normal for however long it lasts.
I just want a boyfriend to watch football with me, to caress my hair, hug me, give me his hoodies and plaid shirts and let me warm up my cold feet on his warm legs
Is that too much to ask for?

Gym didnt have dumbells over 60 lbs…. so i got creative
Me: --in Home Depot parking lot, loading 40 pound bags of compost into my SUV --
Random Guy: Would you like some help loading those?
Me: Oh, thanks, but no, I got it.
Me: in my mind: I actually I have muscles cleverly camouflaged under all this fat.
