                 There wasn’t a doubt in his mind that Lup wasn’t the best person to vouch for him, the stories that she could tell was more than enough to make him look like a criminal. Still, Taako smiles back at Krav --- brows raising when he said that it’s been just about a thousand years. That was.. a lot of time. Taako wasn’t even sure what life would have been like that long ago.

        “ --- wait, I could become... ? ” of course, Taako knows that he’s not immortal. Eventually, after a few more centuries, he would, well, die, but he hadn’t given that much thought. Always figured that he would face that when the time comes.  “I guess Lup’s stories couldn’t be that damning, then,”  Taako smirks, giving a shrug.  “But, it um.. that doesn’t sound half bad. Bet I’d look twice as good in reaper-wear than anyone else.”

                 Taako smiles when Kravitz laughs, kissed his hand - said that he got to keep him.  “Well, I think my irresistible charm may have played part in letting me go scot free.  I’m betting she likes me almost as much as you do.”   Taako grins, just for a moment - allowing Kravitz to further explain himself.  Of course, Taako sort of knew that Kravitz was the only... well, him, that existed. It was still weird to hear it, confirmation that everyone shared the same uncertainty.   “how long have you been.. well,  like this?”  Taako inquiries, considering Kravitz already seemed rather open to talking to him about all of this. “y’think it’s a forever sort of deal?”
