STOP SENDING ANONS TO YOURSELF BOOSTING YOUR EGO TAL. WE KNOW ITâS A LIE. -Bela
I didnât send that one, Bela, but I know why you donât believe me. Itâs like the story, âThe Boy who Cried Wolfâ where lies come to bite you later when youâre trying to tell the truth. Sure, I might not have sent that one, but Iâve done it before, so who would believe me now?
You have every right to hate me now. I do have some things I want to say to you, however.
Iâm sorry I made you and others feel like you couldnât tell me when I was wrong. I invalidated and ignored you, and I wish I couldâve been smarter and realized how bad I was.
Iâm sorry I sacrificed my morals for the sake of a few notes and follows. I shouldnât have gotten greedy and resorted to being outrageous, insensitive and ignorant just for people to notice me. I should have been patient and happy with what I had, and then maybe people would have liked me for me.
Iâm sorry I lied and made excuses in order to keep from accepting any consequences. I should have just listened the first time, not been so sensitive to criticism, and maybe then I wouldâve been a better person.
Iâm sorry I was such a bad friend. I treated you unfairly, took you for granted, made you feel like you had to defend me, and didnât remember all that you did for me. You were always so kind and supportive of me, even on my darkest days, and I didnât show that in return. Friendship is a mutual commitment, and I took more than I gave you.
Iâm sorry I was so awful, time after time. Even when others were willing to forgive me and give me another chance, I didnât learn my lesson and kept being hurtful. Now Iâm left here, wishing I could take it all back. Wishing Iâd just stayed quiet. Wishing I had just stayed out of issues I donât belong in.
Iâve been a cowardly, âpick meâ hypocritical person for long enough. No more making excuses. Itâs time to learn and move on. Thank you for telling it to me straight, and Iâm sorry things got to this point. My world may be crashing and burning, but I only have myself to blame.
