It's a fan videogame made in RPG maker MZ, inspired on Twenty One Pilots lore and story!

"Clancy is the model citizen of a monotunous city, until one day he comes to the realization that said place it’s not his home, but a cage, a prison. After being witness of a escapee, having a series of bad dreams and other encounters, he takes the bold decision of not only running away, but turning against everything he once knew."

Sadly this August has been really (really) shitty to me, started with the loss of a pet, and now I've spent a whole week very sick and bedridden

Dunno when I'll get the motivation to work on the game (or to keep living lmao), sorry to dissappoint on that matter, thank you kindly to all the support <3

Is there gonna be the plot-thing in the game about Keons seizing a dragon/"dying" to save Clancy? Or will it remain behind the scenes?

It will not be directly shown, but a scene will heavily imply it! It'll will be all from the point of view of Clancy, so, I imagined he wouldn't really know that at first

i simply do not know anything about twenty one pilots! but this seems. SO SO SO COOL!!! WOWIE! anything you feel like rambling about?

Anways! You reminded me of a little topic I wanted to talk about: the audience

It's mainly made for fans, but that doesn't mean anyone else won't be able to enjoy it, it just will be more... Cryptic? I suppose? Which can be even more exciting for those who love mystery!

Even so, there IS new stuff I added myself to the lore, it would have too many plot holes if i hadn't, sorry not sorry, but that means even obsessed-all-lore-knowing clikkies will be able to enjoy some mysteries too :]

The only important thing, in my opinion, is to know that the whole story is a metaphor for mental issues, trauma and depression, incluiding the process of discovering, overcoming and surviving it (yes, it will have a very needed Trigger Warning at the start)

Aaaaand I forgot to say, but i tested a plugin to add information/data as certain objects/places/people are discovered in-game

Soooo I will use that as an extra way to clarify more stuff about the lore that may not be discussed on the dialogues directly

Hello! I can't reeally know how long it'll take me, but keep in mind I work on it on free time cus' im kinda busy rn... SO The full game? I prefer not setting a date in this moment cus I honestly don't know

But I'm extremely optimist to think I'll have a well done demo (prologue finished) done for December/January

I never ever ever tried doing actual music in my whole life, but this silly proyect has me trying all new kinds of stuff!

I did some lil' songs as test, trying something calming yet eerie (I don't know what I am talking about), but mainly simple The 1st sample loops really well, which was my mainly objective anyways

ALSO, sound effects, I got the marvelliously brillant (and not-so-original) idea to make them most, or all, with instrument sounds. Specially the ones Tyler uses, so, for example, I made a little tap of a ukulele the sound for when you select an option on the main menu :]

About Blurryface | Concept art

I really want to portray Blurryface as this... Uncanny, irreal, scary thing. Something that creeps in the shadow, that it's constantly there behind you. Pretty much how I would represent depression and/or trauma, hidden but present, the more you try to escape the worse it becomes. Always there to burden you, to hurt.

But as time progresses, once you confront it, search help and try your best, it slowly takes shape into something you can look at, and fight. Even if it's still there, it's smaller.

That's Blurryface for me, and how I want to make it feel. That being said, enjoy some concepts I made, my first time trying to do scary pixel art!
