Even Hell has technology problems, luckily I can solve them...or send someone to possess a person who can solve it. The name's Ursula and I've been solving end-user issues since computers were the size of giant rooms. I rarely leave the department (and I have a strict 'no hellhounds in the server rooms' policy, they shed over everything) so feel free to stop on by (just if you need a problem solved I'll need more information than just "My computer's slow!") Oh I am so glad you dealt with him, he gave me the creeps.  So for future reference I should just assume you don't have a new wingman?  I mean not that you need one, you can attract people on your own but you know what I meant.  Also someone tried to send a picture of you and Dean Winchester in cowboy hats to everyone but I blocked that from happening.

It's more convenience for me.  Easier to control a human when you're not actively fighting them for control.  Though I will admit that is an impressive beard, too many guys either get it all patchy, or they look like child molesters when they have a full beard.

"Not with me no," she pocketed her phone, "This is a new phone so I haven’t had the chance yet to take a lot of them.  I’m not really a big fan of the hellhounds, they shed and drool everywhere.  Too many times I’ve had to fix things that were messed up because of hound hair or drool ruining devices"  Ursula grimaced at remembering one particularly bad case.

"I allow her some basic control.  She’s allowed to have her pick of any tv-watching snack foods, yell at the television if she doesn’t like what’s going on, spoil her pet cat rotten."  Ursula pulled out a phone from her pocket and showed Murmur a picture of a small ginger cat.  "I like cats, so of course I’m going to let a human spoil their pet cat."

And that’s why I don’t understand even after all these years, why some demons feel the need to stick their nose into every single fight!  You’d think especially when the Winchesters are involved, that after all of our kind they’ve killed, why would you intentionally poke the bear like that!
