Her stitched mouth is to restrain her ability as it activates by her scream. And although her snake companion —Pearl— isn't a part of her ability, it still helps scare Lailaps' victims.

What she thinks her strengths and weaknesses are: Her strength is her wayward self; her weakness is always being bound to the threads of her ability, and the past that moulded her.

Ideal partner: Someone who is willing to love her unconditionally.

Something she wants right now: To return home and relax, drinking her favourite port and reading a lengthy book with the company of Pearl.

How she recently spends her leisure time: Making research to give Pearl an even bigger and enriched enclosure.

Average time she goes to sleep and awakes: She is unable to sleep at night, so she gets her rest from naps throughout the day—whether it be long or short ones.

Something she's been into recently: Taking silly pictures of Pearl with accessories and decorations.

What's your favourite spot in Yokohama? "Somewhere high up, where no one can reach me."

What colour would you compare yourself with? "Dark red. The colour of a bleeding heart."

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? "It's difficult to say, nothing is ever certain… But, I'd hope to see myself and my associates living a better, calmer life."

HI LAILAPS IS SO SO SO COOL… do the stitches get in the way of her speaking at all in everyday or is that more of an ability aesthetic thing / keeping her mouth closed to prevent her ability that has no impact ? ?

"These things?" Lailaps points to her stitched mouth and sighs "They are a nuisance at most..." She muttered.

[OOC: YAYY thank you!! I get to yap about my oc how fun!!!! About the stitches, at first it *was* purely an aesthetic choice because..why not, it looked spooky and cool. but as I progressed with her story (lore?) I decided to make it have a bit more impact and did the writing/her character with that in mind. I imagined her to be able to verbally talk with whispering or mumbling at most, but her preferred method of communication is with body language, or writing when she is able to.

if she forces the stitches off it only stays like that for a short amount of time until the stitches regenerate and shut her mouth again (since it has directly connected to her ability), so she has to deal with that if she needs to do something without the stitches getting in the way..
