In this segment of Creative Growing Pains I chat with Rik Freeman, a professional Artist/Muralist based in Washington, DC. I met Rik earlier this year while out on a shoot with my internship at Caandor Labs. We were visiting in his workshop to interview him for an entirely different project. But, after listening to his stories, I approached him and asked if he would be willing to take part in this project. He was kind enough to set aside time to sit down with me again in his workshop to discuss some of the hard lessons he had to learn over his long career as a professional painter. This video contains snippets of what is a much longer conversation.
