Huannie stared down at it like it was the end of her existance, like it was about to grow into an animal and eat her alive. She stared at it as if the longer she did hopefully the printed words would change. She glanced over to her phone noticing that Luhan would be back from filming any time soon, so she paced around the bathroom for a couple of minutes until she wanted to scream.
"This can't be happening." She mumbled to herself, fiddling with the object and placed it next to her phone which held a news article of the screen. "It's impossible."
She sat down on the toilet seat lid after a good ten minutes of pacing she put her head in her hands wondering what the hell had occured over the past month. Out of pure confusion she dialled Jinyoung's number into the facetime and bravely waited for it to connect.
"Is it possible for you to fly out here for a couple of days?"
"I told you last week that I don't have time to fly out there Ai-Huan. I barely have enough time-"
"But you have enough time to have dinner with that co-host of yours?" She wiggled her iPad with the Dispatch article on it and slammed it onto the counter. "It hasn't even been three months yet and you do this to me? Even when I was about to call you to tell you-"
The phone hung up. She didn't know what to think at that moment, she felt like the late night calls and the facetimes weren't cutting it for him and he was bored. Like she wasn't worth waiting for. Out of every person she could have been virtually married to and dating, she never thought Park Jinyoung was the type to do this.
But actions speak louder than words.
Media outlets were Idol's worst nightmare, especially those who catch you in your worst moments to the whole world Jinyoung was now a man who had been caught red handed,
Then Jinyoung called 14 times.
"What do you want Jinyoung?"
"It wasn't my choice Huan." He attempted to reassure her, his eyes boaring into the screen.
"You kept texting me that, but it's bullshit." She let go of the small bit of hope that the media had just twisted a friendly lunch out of proportion, but when she got sent pictures of him kissing his co-host she could no longer wrap her head around it. Jinyoung had been texting her whilst she drowned in panic that it wasn't his fault and that it had been staged to promote Got7's new album.
"Please hear me out." He pressed as he watched her start to gather something off of the bathroom counter, refusing to acknowledge the fact he was trying to justify his disgusting actions. In Huannie's mind no matter whether it was a real affair or it was a PR stunt, they were both as disgusting as eachother.
After the show We Got Married had agreed to film the two and how they cope in a long distanced relationship, they didn't think much of it. But that morning when the producers were claiming they'd be pulling the show off air if Jinyoung's news continued to circulate Huannie thought it was time to air it out into the open.
"What do you want me to say Jinyoung?" She stopped angrily, stopping packing up whatever was on the counter to stare at him with frustrated tears.
"That you're not angry with me, it's only until you're back Huan. It's just PR." It really was too much for Huannie to handle.
"Are you kidding me right now?" She burst out. "You actually agreed with this bullshit?"
"It isn't that big of a deal as you're making it, you're there for another two months or so, then everything will be back to normal." He tried to recover his pride, but the damage had been done already.
"So I have to sit and suffer, people telling me that my boyfriend is a cheating scumbag. I have to sit here whilst the father to my child fucks around with another woman? Is that what I have to do Park Jinyoung?" She should have known not to answer the phone again.
The words left him. He stared into those deep brown eyes burning with anger and heartbreak, and his own heart fell silent. "Answer me!" She yelled. But he couldn't will his lips to move. As if he was stuck underwater, everything was slow and warbled as she showed the pregancy papers with a shaky hand to the camera. "Do you have nothing to day? I have done nothing but suffer for the past few days, now tell me what you were thinking when you agreed to that stupid idea!" She demanded. But his mind was blank and his eyes wide as he stared at her in shock. Her eyes desperately searched the screen... waiting. He had to say something, but as he searched his mind for something to say it fell on deaf ears.
"I'm sorry Huan, I didn't think it would be like this." Jinyoung began to panic on the otherside of the phone upon the realisation of what she had just said.
"Don't go on these terms, you've just found out we're having a baby you're just overwhelmed-" She cuts him off with a laugh void of any humour or amusement present.
"So, i'm supposed to let go the fact you went on multiple dates with this girl, because i'm pregnant with your child?"
Something in him told him that she was going to do something that neither of them wanted, he believed she was going to end it there and there. Afterall Huannie could be petty when she wanted to be.
"It's just PR right? That's what you said?"
"Huan don't do this. I didn't mean to-"
"It's just PR right, two months."
And with that she hung up on him and cried until Luhan got home.

"Ge, where have you been? I called you two hours ago?" Luhan calls as Li Chen, Bao's father, finally found himself in the two's apartment and placed himself infront of Ai-Huan's bedroom door, giving Luhan a worried glance.
"I was head hunting, Bao told me what happened." He lent his head against the door and closed his eyes. The news of Huannie being pregnant was circulating through those closest to the two, they couldn't imagine how panicked Huannie must be. Afterall Jinyoung and Huannie had only been together properly for a year. Li Chen moved to put the radio to put on some kpop on spotify and pressed shuffle, adter he did so Luhan tried to knock on the door again. The door could be heard unlocking, until she heard the velvety voice that she wished not to hear so she hesitated exiting the room. Luhan on the otherhand automatically scrambled to changed the song.
"I'm sorry baba, I didn't know." Li Chen apologised, bringing the broken girl into a hug as she cried into his chest.
"It's okay Pa." She mumbled, she closed her eyes trying to find some words.
"That bad, huh."
"Bad isn't the word i'd use to describe this." She slumped onto the sofa, running her hands through her hair, the two men could only be sympathetic.
"How did it end up like this?" Li Chen questioned handing her a glass of warm water.
"I'm still trying to figure it out myself, things were going well for us, it must have not worked because Jinyoung is in Korea having dates with another woman." She pointed to the laptop which had the news articles with the pictures of them kissing.
"Well that's him, I'm asking about you." Li Chen saw through the facade, taking a hold of her hand softly. "Other than the obvious, how are you feeling?"
"I guess I fell in love Pa, I'm scared that I can't do this parenting thing like everyone keeps telling me." She sighed.
"How far along are you? What did the doctor say?"
"I'm sixteen weeks, the vomiting and the backache is completely normal considering it's because there's a human the size of an avacado in my uterus you know. I'm just scared that people will think i'm weak for being scared of it."
"You're not weak, it's perfectly understandable. You're whole career is built up on being in the public eye, you're young it's normal to be scared Baba." Li Chen denied.
"It is weak, I should be excited. But i'm scared i'll turn out like my own mother. I can't leave my members for nine months. I already feel like i'm not doing my part for them."
"We will get through this Baba, I can get rid of that scumbag if it makes you feel better?"
"No, he's still the father of my child at the end of the day."
In which the realisation of what had just happened has dawned on Luhan and Huannie doesn’t really care
Upon arriving in Beijing in the quiet apartment that Bao’s Dad had arranged for the two of them came the quiet atmosphere that Luhan hated, the regret began to wash over him like the long slow waves of the beach outside the apartment. Each wave sent shivers down his spine as he sat on the pier. How he longed to go back a few hours and take a different path, but it seemed like it was inevitable now as he thought about it. There was no turning back. No way to turn back and demand things to be made right. The regret had been eating him up the minute Huannie had entered the house with majority of her clothes in the suitcase. He envied the normal people walkign down the road behind him, out of the limelight, unable to feel the torments of being an Idol.
He sat on the pier, his head on his knees watching the waves as they crashed against the sea front. “You shouldn’t have done this Huan.”
“It’s fine Lu,” Huannie had sat next to him on the concrete, a cup of coffee in her hands as she too marvelled at the waves crashing, it reminded her of the day she met him actually. After coming back from her mothers funeral and sat in this exact spot. “Don’t cry. It’s going to work out.”
To him it seemed the past 24 hours had been nothing in Huannie’s mind, he believed the unsettling feeling he had hadn’t settled in with her yet. The truth being is that she had processed it all on the plane ride home.
“We can’t do this .... We have nowhere to go.”
“Lu, do you think if I didn’t have something for us here that I would have told you to get on tht plane? You’re health and wellbeing is alot more important than slaving yourself to sing some songs. The fans, if they are actually your fans will understand that you had to do this for yourself okay?”
She knew that he was sat there contemplating what rash decision the two made in a moment of anger, but she herself has some guilt residing inside her with the decision she made, after accepting it for a while, she realised she was guilty for bumbling along like an oblivious sheep. She had guilt from being selfish, something that she earned the title of from not telling anyone of her and Bao’s plans.
While she was at peace with what she did, Luhan on the otherhand was in a frenzy. “Calm down Lu, we have things udner control here.”
“You really shouldn’t have done this Huannie.” You could tell the man wasn’t really upset for himself but more rather the woman sitting beside him contently staring out to the sea. She’d left behind her career in Korea, her relationship and her own group, quite frankly he didn’t understand how she could come to terms with it so quickly.
“Was I just going to let you come back to China after years and struggle, with no manager, no group and live contently in my paid off home? You forget how well I know you Luhan.”
“What so it’s so obvious i’m struggling is it? I’m not scared of feeling lonely anymore the crazy thing being is i’m more worried about you Huannie!”
“How many times do I have to tell you that this isn’t the end of the road? Okay, maybe it was a dumbass choice to do this Lu, but maybe this idea will lead to the solution to everyones problems. You just need to trust me Ge, things will look up soon.” She explained calmly, both of them were just trying to do right by the other.
“THAT’S THE DUMBEST THING I’VE EVER HEARD. WE HAVE NOTHING HERE!” In her mind she had to admit she was scared, he’d never yelled at her like this and she guessed it was justifyed but she really did have plans for him.
“I have friends that are willing to to cast you for a season to start you off. Did you really think that I hadn’t planned things out?”
With that Luhan brought the woman into a hug and cried in relief, maybe this was the start of an adventure that they hadn’t expected to go on. But maybe it would be the best adventure of their lives.

This is actually inspired by something that happened in my own life, as I was writing I was like surely this couldn’t happen like this. But then I realised it’s incredibly similar from when I had to move back to Korea from the uk.
"Hey." Bao was the first one to relieve the tension in the room, she held a frown as she motioned Huannie to sit down on Bao's bed.
"I don't know what to do." She whispered through silent sobs, the older woman moved so she was holding her. Bao felt like she had to be strong for her little sister, especially with the camera rolling behind them. She found it disgusting that SM had ordered the WGM cameras to film the couples situation going on. Bao's arm wrapped around her shoulders as the other hand hovered over Huannie's head hesitantly.
"We can make this work."
"I hate this feeling," Huannie whispered, a lump in her throat as she tried to remember why she had come to Seventeen's dorm in the first place. She hated the feeling of saying goodbye, these people were her life.
"Will you be okay? I mean with the upcoming events, you know with our-"
"Honey, we both know if I told you to stay here to make sure the plans continue you'd be besides youself." Bao told her knowing the woman needed someone to confirm that it was okay to do this. "Plus, it's not like we don't have help, if anything this little set back will help us in the future. Regarding Jinyoung he knows that you love him, that you're not doing this to be malicious. He'll just miss you like everyone else will."
"You know I love you all, right? I don't know how you can sit there and tell me it's okay, we have so many plans to stop this exact thing from happening, it's frustrating that we couldn't do this earlier." She sounded broken, the older girl rubbed the tears off Huannie's cheek.
"Of course we know you do- It'll do you some good to go back home for a while I called my d-"
"Noona!" Renjun ran full force into the room, bringing Huannie into a hug, Huannie assumed that Taeyong had told the boys what had happened.
"Ah Renjun-ah." Huannie said softly pulling the boy closer.
"Noona, tell me it's not true. Why was Jinyoung Hyung acting all weird when he to came the dorm?" Renjun's question was full of pure innocence yet it made that cold feeling seep into her chest yet again. Bao watched as the young Chinese boy wiped the womans eyes as Huannie released the silent sobs she'd been holding in.
"You know when I was eleven, I was living in Shanghai." Huannie started to explain as Renjun sat down next to the women hoping to understand the real reason behind Huannie packing up and leaving for however long it was.
Renjun nodded softly, gesturing for her to continue. "When I was eleven my moom passed away and I met Luhan out of chance one day at the market. For a while I was raised by Luhan's parents, they took me in like I was their own."
"As in Exo's Luhan?"
"Ne, I made a promise to Luhan back then because I was grateful for all of the support him and his family had given me back then. And I intend to keep that promise." Bao left the room, she'd heard the story a couple of times before, but for some reason she felt like it wasn't a story she needed to be told. "That boy deserves to be loved just like how he loved and cred for me back then, I just hope that in doing so I don't ruin what I have here with all of you."
"That's stupid Noona, you're not going anywhere surely-"
"It true Renjunnie, I have to go with Luhan. He's not got the people we thought he had to support him."
"Do you have to?" Renjun began to cry as Huannie tried to stop her own tears.
"I do, Junnie." She said. "I have to for now, but when I get back things are going to change for the better, for all of us."
"But do you have to do it like this?" He asked an Huannie paused for a split second, she honestly didn't know if it had to be done this way, but in order to fix the bridges that were broken they have to be broken in the first place.
"I'm doing this for things to get better for us all in the future Junnie." Huannie said, but judging by the sharp shake of his head the boy wasn't having any of the confort she was trying to give him.
"So what? You run and hope that it will fix things." Renjun's sad tears were mixing into ones of anger and confusion, ones gthat no matter what Huannie was to say would stop for now, they had to run their course.
"I'm not doing this on a whim Junnie, Bao and I have been planning something for a while now and this just acts as the start of it." Huannie spoke truthfully sharing a look with him, praying that the underlying meaning of it all would convey in that depserate look of hers.
"That's stupid Huannie." Renjun fired out, Bao froze in shock in the doorway watching as the woman on the recieving end looked as if she'd been stabbed.
"Renjun, she's still older than you have some respect. You need to calm down and listen to what she's saying." Bao fumed trying to mend some of the damage that she'd wished wouldn't happen.
"No, both of you are cowards. Sit and face the problems head on instead of running away from them and telling everyone that that's the best thing you came up with! Just be honest Huannie, you'd rather leave us in SM and go off and live a happier life without us, we aren't as stupid as you seem to think we are." He got up and slammed the door behind him, leaving a mess crying on the bed clutching as her chest as she tried to calm herself down.
"This clearly is a shit show, what was I thinking?" Huannie began to panic shaking her head violently.
"Chang Ai-Huan, get a grip will you. They don't know what we've been doing over the past year do they? You have to go there not just for Luhan but yourself at this point. Think about how they'll understand when you come back and we tell them about the next step we all are yaking as a family." Bao after listening to everyones sides of this story had come to her final conclusion to the problem, it wasn't fair that people weren't sitting and actually listening to Huannie.
"Okay, now what are you doing moping in my room? You need to say some goodbyes and pack your shit up." Huannie only looked to Bao with wide eyes. "My Dad is ready to pick you up at the airport tomorrow morning, you need to haul ass."

Jinyoung had built up enough courage to take Huannie to the airport, Bao had arranged Luhan to take a seperate flight to avoid the news from making up some bullshit story, somehow it was already time for Huanie to get on the plane herself.
Flight to Beijing, departure 721 ready to board.
Jinyoung nodded his head, as he held Huannie's hand in one and her suitcase in the other. "Be safe Ai-Huan I mean it." The tears welled in his eyes as he tried to pull the cap down further over his eyes so the cameras didn't catch the lonely sad tear falling down his face.
"It's not forever Jinyoung, it'll be okay." She said, in an attempt to ease his sadness, he nodded resting his forehad against hers.
Huannie held back the tears knowing all the cameras and reporters mics were held towards the two watching as the two clung onto eachother like they would disapear for the rest of time in thar moment.
"Anio, don't cry Jinyoungie, I don't like seeing you cry." Huannie whispered wiping the stray tear rolling down his face.
"You have to go." He whispered handing her the suitcase with NCT stickers all over it.
"Bye Jagi." They kissed with such an emormous amount of passion and desperation that even some of the reporters had put down their cameras.
"It's not goodbye, it's I'll be back soon pabo." He persisted as they walked to the gate.
Huannie remembered the day that Suho and Xuimin came barging into NCT's dorm and dragged her over to Exo's practice room, trying to give her the news lightly so she wouldn't go off and do something stupid. The news that the Chinese members of Exo were leaving the group and to say Huannie was already riled up was an understatement. It was almost as if her day had hit rock bottom, after a leak of information about NCT having a comeback that morning and this she wondered if things would get any worse.
"Why did none of you tell me?" She shouted at OT12, not caring who heard or misunderstood whatever she was saying. "I could have helped!" She was angry, her and Luhan came to Korea together afterall, the fact that the boy didn't mention the disgusting mistreatment was a blow to the stomach.
"Ai, there's nothing we haven't tried already, don't be irrational like this." Luhan mumbled. "There's no point."
"No point? Why did I have to find out from Dispatch before you told me Oppa! There are things you all can do but you're all scared of doing it!"
"We can't, it's in our contract-"
"I've heard alot about these slave contracts that you lot got yourself into, doesn't mean there aren't other things you can do to stop it."
Luhan dropped his head into his hands, the woman watching as his band mates left the two to talk whilst the man was shaking in emotions. She felt useless.
"So what all the Exo-M members are leaving? What does that solve? Honestly and none of you told me-" She trailed off noticing the copy of a contract on the floor next to him, out of curiosity she picked it up reading a clause that she guessed the lawyer they were all working with had highlighted. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"
SM had made it final in their contract that those who sue to nullify their contracts would have to pay a disgusting amount of money to terminate said contract, the peices were clicking together and Huannie couldn't stop but to think that there must be a way out of this for him.
"You- Pack your bags and wait for me here."

As Huannie sat in her car debating how she would do her plan, the plan of which required a certain amount of stupidity and bravery, ultimately deciding it was time to move on with it and get it done.
"Yoboseyo?"
"Ne, Hi Jagi," The phone connected quicker than she had hoped, she was sure that if it had rang a few more tones that she would have hung up and pushed her plan into the trash. "Can you talk?"
She heard Jinyoung fight against what she assumed to be his group members and shut behind him, there was a nervous sigh before she heard him again.
"What happened Angel?"
She was speechless for a moment, he had suspected something was wrong when Jaehyun told him she got dragged out the dorm by Suho, Huannie took a deep breath.
"I think I have to go back China for a while." It sounded like the mans breath hitched, both didn't want to show that they were crying, Jinyoung mainly because he was confused and Huannie because she thought it would hurt less.
"Why? Everything that you need is here, we just got you back and you're just going to leave?" He sounded an inbetween of being angry and ready to cry, she hit her head aginst the headrest hearing his shaky breaths.
"Jinyoungie, Luhan's leaving SM- We only had eachother as family, I can't just let him go alone. Go back to nothing."
Silence.
"I can't just let him go back to Beijing when he has no one to support him there- I have to do this for my own piece of mind."
"Yeah, you're going to go running to Beijing because you're that type of person." He sighed, although it sounded like her understood Huannie knew that there was alot more to that sentence than intended. "But you're going to throw everything away, did you even think of that when you went running?"
"I know exactly what happens when I get on that plane Jinyoung, even if it wasn't Luhan I would do it for anyone else-"
"You're going to throw away the life that we've made? What about your members? What do I tell them Ai-Huan- I can't just let you go like this!" Jinyoung was practically screaming down the phone, he hoped that if he begged and pleaded that she wouldn't throw away her contract with SM down the drain and stay with him.
"Jinyoung, it's not a forever thing, it won't be long till i'm back." Her head was now dropped on the steering wheel, she didn't care if someone recognised her at this point, her day was officially the worst.
"No, Ai-Huan you're the only girl that I opened up to, the only one I allowed myself to get close to and now that girl is running away for however long because another guy needs her?"
Both of them were crying, they'd agreed to carry on this fake relationship regardless of the show, but hadn't thought of how much the cameras would be invading of their lives, everyone was about to know of the ins and out of a long distance relationship and they weren't sure if it was worth it in the end anymore.
"You don't understand, I'm the only one his has Jinyoung."
And with that the man hung up on her making her throw her phone on the backseat, the feeling was cold inside her, it felt like concrete weighing down her shoulders. It was an unexpected feeling, one that felt like heartbreak. One day feeling ontop of the world with him and the next day the world being cut down. But this was a decision she would make for herself and her brother, what type of person would she be if she didn't help the man who dhe had called her older brother since they met 13 years ago? She needed to find Bao and Kun.
So I've recently become high key obsessed with Ateez guys it's actually amazing. Park Seong Hwa has quickly crawled up my bias list, leaving me to question will my bias list stop switching up
It’s finally here, I’m sorry for the long ass wait :( It’s not great but here you guys go!
Huannie couldn’t understand why it felt like there was something over her eyes making it difficult to open them, but she fought the urge to succumb back to the darkness and wrench them open, she felt like she hadn’t done that in a while. Her whole body ached upon trying to move and everything from physically and mentally felt foggy.
Feeling something wet on her cheek she brought her hand up to wipe it only to feel something tug in her arm, looking down she saw something plastic feeding into her veign, although everything was foggy she was well aware that the distinct shape of the the plastic thing on her arm was an IV.
She glances upward, her mouth pursed but slightly open and loose. Her eyes are fixed as if she’s looking at something a yard away, but in reality she was staring at the ECG machiene mimicking her distressed state. Finally she launched herself up into a sitting position and observed where she was. She was in the hospital room the managers would usually request when an Idol was needing medical attention, but it looked different. There were piles of letters stacked on the armchair, boxes of plushies scattered on the desk and alot of overnight duffle bags shoved into the corner.
“Hello?” She called out weakly, a few minutes pass and no one had answered. Throwing the dozen blankets off the bed in agitated disorientation she rubbed her eyes furiously. “Mom? Taeyong?” She called again, her voice cracking like she hadn’t used it her whole life.
There were scrambling footsteps outside of the door in the hall sprinting over to her door, speaking of the door it almost got ripped off its hinges as the nurse came inside to assess who was talking. This person Huannie had never seen before in her life. Although the brown haired nurse in front of her look unfamilliar there was a slight nagging in the back of her brain that she knew this woman. Her chocolate brown hair was in a beautiful messy bun; her doe brown eyes looked absolutely bewildered.
“Annyeonghaseyo... Um could you please tell me where my family is?” Huannie asked matching the womans terrifyed eyes, the woman still stares at the Idol with wide eyes, her mouth opening and closing, not being able to find the words to properly explain to the woman sitting in the bed what situation she was actually in.
“They- They should be due to arrive like usual- They’ll be here soon.” She managed to get out, the nurse stood at the door trying to remember what her senior told her about coma patients that just woke up. The nurse bows to take her leave but Huannie tried to get out of the bed to stop her/
“Who are you?” Huannie burst out with brimming eyes, the nurse turned to look at her with a tembling lip but only grabs her hand.
“They’ll be here soon, okay.”
Huannie couldn’t believe what was going on, she didn’t think she wanted to anyway. The last thing she remembered was telling Heechul to tie the belt around his leg, but it seemed alot longer had passed with such a reaction from the nurse. She forced her knees up, hugging them to her chest. Her hand working back and forth over what seemed like healed scars on her legs, all while feeling the irregular box like shape in her chest area. If she didn’t get some answers soon she had a feeling she would vomit, already she could feel the bile in her throat.
She saw the door opening slowly, revealing Park Jinyoung, standing at the door looking like he would vomit himself. Huannie assumed he was the one who was nearby considering he was alone, soon a worn out Na Jaemin entered behind him.
“Jagi? What’s going on- Why are you crying?” She asked worriedly watching as his knee buckled ever so slightly hearing her voice after four months of only hearing his own breathing. “Oppa?” Her voice cracked under the immense confusion circling around in her head, a scared tear slipping out of her eye.
“Jaeminnie? Tell me, what’s going on?” She asked the younger boy hoping that he would be of help, the teenager only stared at her with his beautiful eyes watering, but he at least had a relieved smile.
“You’re scaring me,” She voiced, only she wasn’t sure who it was directed at whether it was at the two standing in the room or at herself who couldn’t come up to an answer to any of her own questions.
It felt like a lifetime of sorrowful tears before one of them spoke.
“You’re awake.” Jinyoung says, slowly walking over to the armchair next ti her with Jaemin following quietly.
“Yeah.. I’m awake?”
“Angel, you’ve been- you were- you were in a coma.” He mumbled quietly, staring down at the hand he’d grabbed instinctively as he sat down. She stared back at him in pure loss for words as he stared back at her with an expressionless face.
Her heart leaped as she took in the faces of the boys, first trying to figure out if this was some kind of joke, but judging by their shaking hands and non stop tears her own hands seemed to trembled as she tried to remember what happened after the crash. “For how long? Like a week?” She asked desperately trying to get at least one answer out of the million that were drowning in her mind.
The two looked at eachother as if they didn’t know if they should tell her, for their own sake because they didn’t want have to talk about the events of what’s happened throughout the time she was lay in pain. But Jaemin spoke anyway.
“It’s been four and a half months Noona.” The teen whispered painfully as he grabbed her hand to steady his racing heart.
Huannie’s already dry mouth felt as if it had been sucked of any remaining water and threatened her tongue to smash into tiny little pieces. She shook her head in denial as she furiously wiped the tears rolling down her cheeks with her palm.
“This is a joke.” She snipped and laughed without any ounce of amusement. “It not a funny one, but some twisted joke right?” Anguish could be seen on her face as she desperately pleaded with Jinyoung’s eyes to tell her it was all a joke or a dream, but Jinyoung only shook his head.
“No, Angel it’s not a joke.” He replied placing his his head in his hand to rub away his tears.
“No, it’s not possible. It can’t be. I was with Heechul yesterday, singing in the car and then-”
Huannie cried as if her brain was being shredded from the inside out, emotional and physical pain flowed out of her every pore. From her mouth came a cry so raw that even the eyes of the people walking past the hospital room were suddenly wet with tears. She grabbed onto the two boys hands so that her violent shaking wouldn’t make her fall off the bed and from her eyes came a thicker flow of tears than she had cried for her own mother two years ago. We don’t really think about death, but when you find out you were close to it it unerves you.
Upon seeing her right in front of him, brick by brick, Jinyoung’s walls came tumbling down. As she clutched onto his hand the tears in his eyes turned into a hurricane. He just broke down as the nurse guided a soft smiling Jaemin out of the room. When they cried there was a rawness to it, like the pain of four months ago was still an open wound. They both clasped onto eachothers hands for support, anything that would tell eachother that the other was there, and then their bodies would shake. Jinyoungs sobs were stifled at first as he first panned to comfort the woman, but realising that she was there crying with him the wave of emotions hit and he broke down entirely.
“Jinyoungie?” She finally spoke. “Who was playing the piano? The one that Jonghyun was singing to?” She asked desperately looking into his eyes.
“Chenle played the piano last month, but no one was sing-”
“Jonghyun sang it in the meadow, he sang it to me.” She corrected him.
“Angel are you sure it wasn’t a dream?” Jinyoung replied. Huannie refused to believe it, she saw he late bestfriend playing the piano in the meadow she was sure of it.
After a minute of Jinyoung realising eaxactly what she was meaning he sat softly on the bed next to her and brough the crying woman into his embrace.
“Has it really been four months?”
He gave her a weak smile and squeezed her closer to his chest.

For Ai-Huans story can I ask why u published the alternate ending before the actual ending?? I'm just curious
To be honest I have around a thousand notebooks of pre written chapters, the fatality series as long as I kept writing made it harder to figure out the ending. I got stuck and sad at one point and wrote alt ending but I needed suggestions for the actual ending 🤧 I dont know if that makes sense- But thankyou so much for reading 🥺 I've written the ending a thousand times but I cant quite pick which chapter I want to use 🤡🤦🏽♀️
“Alright boys we have to go to your schedule, phones to the managers please.” Got7′s manager called out as the boys piled into the living room.
“Since when do we have schedule?” Bambam spoke up from the back of the van, “I thought hyung was going to the house and filming-” He fired off avoiding the slaps that Youngjae was sending his way to make him shut up.
“All previous schedules are cancelled, just lets get ready and get there on time.”
Got7 all reluctantly got ready, it wasn’t usual for them to have such an early schedule, but since the manager himself didn’t seem to be in a good mood they didn’t question much and got ready. As they all got ushered into the van, Jinyoung and JB could be seen pestering the managers about their phones so they could contact Ai-Huan- Seen as though she’d not fully recovered from the accident and had a schedule today.
“Where are we even going? Can you at least call someone for me to make sure that she’s well enough to perform?” He continued to pester, when he’d woken up that morning Huannie had had problems breathing and since he didn’t have his phone to send her a thousand messages a minute he was getting cranky.
“Aw, look at hyung being a good husband.” Yugyeom teased avoiding multiple slaps from the older boys.
“Jinyoungie’s worried.” JB added in noticing the manager had been repeatedly telling them that they weren’t allowed their phones for the day.

An exhausted Huannie could be seen on the screen, she stumbled into the practise roo, and with each deep breath her chest hurt. She kept swallowing, her throat kept rapidly gasping for some air, but no matter what they did after each dance whether it be an oxygen mask or an inhaler they could not stop the woman from struggling to breathe.
“Oppa, she isn’t ready to go back on the stage.” Lily suddenly spoke up in the tense room, it seemed that no one wanted to be the one to point out that Ai-Huan couldn’t do the things she used to as well as she used to be able to do, but there Lily stood fanning the older woman’s face as Huannie struggled to even mark their cover to Never Ever and Miroh.
“What do you mean she had to perform? You can’t use her last breath to conjure up a good performance.” Jae-Mei joined in this time watching a manager for KBS shake his head.
“She can’t physically perform two of the dances and our debut, it’s almost as if you don’t care.” Jae continues to rant, the manager under fire ended up storming out of the room leaving the four girls to figure out the best route to take next.
“Should we just stop the schedule, just say the word and we will go home.” Lily ended up speaking up after a silent arguemnt with Bao, she’d handed Huannie a bottle of water to which the woman declined.
“Does it look like aia need you three to baby me?” Huannie snapped after absorbing the current situation, she was sick and tired of the looks of pity being sent her way all morning, it was bad enough she felt weak- she didn’t want everyone else to think it though.
“Hiyah, will you just stop trying use that sorry excuse of a poker face and just open up?” Bao snapped right back from her silent corner, she’d been watching the events unfold and although she could fully understand what was going through Huannie’s mind she wished that she’d just shut up and let them take care of her.
“Yah, I know my limits, will you all hop off my dick for five minutes? Stop hovering around me like I’m going to break Lily, I’m fine.”
“You can literally break now Ai-Huan, it’s not like before where yo uwere just overworked, now you’re one dance away from landing back in the hospiatl and I’m sorry if this sounds insensitive I don’t want that on my resume thankyou.” Bao snipped at her pointing at the heart monitor, it wasn’t that the girls were trying to wrap her in bubble wrap like the NCT boys did, they just didn’t want to see her laying in a hospital bed again.
The girl under fire decided to step down and took her jumper off, midway to taking it off she heard one of the stylists gasp, when she looked down it was evident that the woman had seen the scar and the wires attatched to the monitor, needless to say Huannie quickly pulled the jumper back on wanting to crawl into a hole.
“By all means take it off if you hot Huan, some people just don’t know how to show respect.” Jae called out telling her own personal stylist to take the rude woman out of the room and ushered Huannie to take the jumper off.
“Lets get this over with shall we?” Huannie swatted everyone away from her and took her place for the cover dance/

There was 3 minutes until the girls were to go onstage, not knowing that multiple of the boys after recieving a call from the managers that the girls were bickering all day were trying to find a way to cancel the performance.
“Yah, Ai-Huan!” Lily bustled her way over to the med deck, observing they were putting Huannie on the oxygen mask for an extra few minutes before they got on stage. “It’s gotten worse?” She asked assessing Huannie’s pale face, the woman in question shook her head with a sigh.
“So lets cancel-”
“No.” The woman protested swatting the younger girl away from her.
“Why? Don’t be stupid Unnie you’re not ready to perform again.” Lily too had a hard glare on her face, to whih the older woman turned around to mimic it.
“I can’t just cancel my carer for the next few months until I feel 100% better Lils, it’s called being responsible which is something you wouldn’t know about because Chan does everything for you. So do me a favour and stop babying me.” She snipped, it was a known fact that Huannie didn’t like people making a big deal about her condition, and when they did Huannie would be a raging ball of bitchiness.
“Hajima, I’m just trying to keep you healthy.” Lily ended up bursting out as Huannie walked away ready to find Jinyoung, she had been trying to text him all day but hadn’t got anything back and she was ready to head hunt for him. Reluctantly Lily left to hopefully find one of the older women to back her up but hadn’t suceeded after Bao completely shut her down.

It was time to go on stage and just as they were getting into their positions Lily started to mess around with the wires around Huannie’s skirt, personally the wires weren’t bothering Huannie as there wasn’t anything they could do about them but Lily was nitpicking with hundreds of people in front of them.
“Hajimahaseyo Sohn Taliel.” Bao had cut in peacefully moving the youngest of the group into her spot, mainly so they could just get the performance over and done with and get Huannie off the stage as quick as possible.
“Don’t tell me what to do.” Lily whisper-yelled at Bao, Huannie was too busy smiling for the audience to even entertain how childish this was. It was made clear the moment they walked out to the audience that the four girls had been arguing before the stage, it took Jae-mei to cover the three girls quietly bickering apologising to everyone in the audience.
“You need to leave me alone and do your job.”
“This- isn’t my job, I’m a boy group dancer.”
“We are dancing a boy group song, so stop being childish and get yourself into position before I throw all three of you off the stage.” Jae butt in, pointing off stage where angry leaders such as Taeyong, Chan and Seungcheol were stood ready to give the three an ear bashing if necessary.
Needless to say that the three girls learnt not to baby Huannie because she was perfectly capable of telling them where to shove it otherwise.
