A bit late on this post, but really wanted to make sure I made something for it because this game means a lot to me and it’s turning 20! Two whole decades! WOW!

Psychonauts is one of, if not my absolute favorite games ever (sorry fallout new vegas). It’s honestly such a big part of me as an artist. Outside of making fanart in my free time, it really helped me grow and develop a sense of style and character to my art in ways that I was previously lacking. Like seriously, even though Ive always been a cartoony artist, I don’t think my stylization and my choice in color would quite be where it is today without this game. Saying nothing of course of the amazing stories, humor, and characters this series brought with it too.

I’ve met so many amazing people through this series, and it has absolutely by FAR been my favorite “fan base experience” or whatever you’d call it in my time as an artist. In a ways, I’m just trying to say; I appreciate this game, and I appreciate all of you!! Here’s to twenty years of psychonauts, and thanks to DoubleFine for making the Most Excellent Game!
