Kickstarter work this last week has been product images for individual stories. I've known for a while that I needed to update my product images for my direct store. Paperbacks need to look like paperbacks, audio like audio. Ebooks should be displayed in an ereader.

I found a mockup file. I've been abusing photopea extensively to create a mockup of every single book.

Guys I have so many books. This is so tedious. The only reason I'm chipping away at this mountain is because I KNOW it'll benefit the store eventually, but oh my god, it's so boring.

PSD master, transparent PNG, PNG at 144 for the web, and sometimes a series image if there's a series involved. I've done something like 40 titles. What possessed me?

i've always been dogshit at pottery on a wheel because i have weak noodle arms and can't hold my hands firmly in place to center the clay but i finally realized the root issue was that my legs are SHORT since i have the limb/torso proportions of a dachshund and i couldn't brace my elbows on my legs, so i put bricks under my feet and now i can sort of do it!! i've tried to learn twice in the past from TALL people but had a revelation when i watched a medium size guy throwing.

The moral of the story is: don't give up, maybe you just need bricks

Oh yes I too have this problem. I will try lifting my legs but in the meantime I solved it by jamming my stabilizing arm's elbow into the wing of my pelvis. That way I can lean my whole body weight into it.

Thanks to the Eggs for Killie campaign I was compelled to break out this project I was gifted for christmas back out. From traced pieces of leather to fully assembled in just four days and it feels great! Hope Killie can hit his target weight before race day!

This is SO cool. A genuine handmade leather bag that’s a baby dragon! I love this, and I’m so glad that I was even a small part of seeing this project move from WIP to finished object in the real world. Thank you so much for the egg.
