It's been six months since I finished the Peace Corps and made it home to America. To say the readjustment period has been a rollercoaster of emotions is an understatement. Some days it feels more than amazing to be back and then there are the days when I feel like I've lost my sense of self and purpose since leaving Jamaica. Yet, through it all, I've been fortunate enough to have this guy by my side. Ups, downs, spinning in circles, we always come back to the support and love we have for each other. It's been a long road trying to find where I fit again, but the job hunt is finally over! Tomorrow I finally get to dive into a new adventure and chapter of my life and I could not be more grateful for the open road that lies ahead of me. (at Downtown Tallahassee, Tallahassee, Florida)
