Anyways here are some neat panels I read on the first chapter! These are going to be mainly about Bruce’s character design because boy do I have things to say. For starters you see the size of this monster? I knew they told us he was gonna be a pretty big guy from the get go but he is a godamn Military tank!

Also his suit. HIS SUIT?! Are you kidding I was somehow more impressed by the BAT EARS BEING FUCKING BATARNGS than the AXE BLADE ON HIS CHEST?! Also the spike, the bulletproof cape and just his straight up RAW MAN POWER Is SICK!! He is sick!! I need a separate post to talk more about Bruce and ALSO ALFRED OMG HE IS SO BADASS!! there’s so much to talk about and it’s just the first chapter!!

NEW CHARACTER IN PRIME EARTH

El Cadejos made its first appearance on the The latest chapter of Absolute Power and honestly this is so exciting!! I’ve grown hearing about the Legends of el cadejo: a fearsome spectral dog-creature that drags chains from his neck that can be heard along the night. In my homeland it was a legend used to scare away drunken men and children from playing outside too late but this version is actually INSANE

The chains being its weapons and the flames surrounding its fur is so AWESOME!!! I appreciate the mesoamerican and latin representation through these characters I can’t wait to see more of El Cadejos!

I want to make a serious post about the latest chapter in the Absolute Power comic but I’m also just a girl so here are some ss of panels that distracted me from the plot. I love you Dan Mora (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

FIRTST POST!!! Honestly the writing, storytelling, and artstyle of The Boy Wonder is seriously so good in my most humble opinion. I’ve only been reading comics for two years now but I genuinely appreciate the attention they gave to each Robin. I appreciate that although they show Damian as his usual mean, condescending lone wolf personality they also show the more childish side of him that learns something new every day, feels upset when he makes a mistake, and hurt when he misunderstands a situation. Like yes he is far more emotionally mature than most kids his age but he is still a kid!

ALSO they really manage to show an honest and emotional side to Jason’s story that many other comics tend to push aside, like there is some sense of actual growth and vulnerability even behind his violent behavior.

ALSO I appreciated seeing Talia’s life story and her character development as a mother and a woman. Her rise against her father and the patriarchal lifestyle that she was forced upon from a young age is genuinely great writing. I like to see stories like these of her, that show her flaws and strengths!

The style is awesome and I genuinely love the story(^з^)-☆
