YAAASSSS!!!!! I love everything about this. The fact that a major publication puts a transgender woman on the cover, and not just any transgender woman but a transgender woman of a certain age! I am so happy to be living in an age where this is possible. This is not just a triumph for Caitlyn personally and the trans community, but I see this as a triumph for all women and humanity as a whole. The more exposure to trans people we get the less excuse people have to be ignorant and closed minded. I hope this will lead to people learning more about gender identity so I can stop hearing stupid ass straight up offensive statements in class. On the other hand it's quite depressing when you know that there's a part of the world where an older transgender woman is being celebrated on one of the biggest fashion magazine in the world, yet in your part of the world they're apparently trying to enforce a curfew for women, just women, FOR NO LOGICAL REASON!
