pro paraphila, sure! and i do identify as a paraphile.

i don't identify as a MAP because i honestly don't feel an attraction to actual real children or the idea of engaging with them in that way. i do engage with fictional scenarios including minors, i find it very engaging and cathartic, and i often (though not always) put myself in the "role" of the minor when thinking about these scenarios. and that's the genuine extent of it.

just to clarify, i do not define these terms as being the exact same thing. a paraphilia is just an attraction to something outside the criteria of "alive consenting adult human being", so by definition this includes attraction to minors, but is not exclusive to attraction to minors. it can also include objects, animals, corpses, concepts, etc. someone attracted to furries could arguably be considered a paraphile. so could someone who is attracted to plants, or robots.
