Who can resist spagettii squash with meat sauce?!?? So ... take a Spagettii Squash and cut in half (legnth wise), brush the inside with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Put in oven on 350 degrees for about 45 min. - 1 hr. Depending on the size it could be more or less time, the way to figure out ots done is the outside will soften and start to brown. Use a fork and scrape out squash like spagettii. Serve add meat sauce and enjoy! *Ill post meat sauce sepratly!
Fried rice balls *this is a long one guys, any questions on preparing them send me a message ill get back to you! But basically: Take cooked rice, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar ... (any other ingrediants in the mix is up to you I did basil and some garlic, some people like to use sausage (if using a meat make sure it is fully cooked first)) ... then dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry. Top with Marinara and cheese (I use the vegan cheese from Trader Joes) and enjoy!

Ive seen this floating around online but i changed up the recipe a bit and added some things ... Get a jar that can be sealed (mine is from crate & barrel) add 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of sugar (you can also use honey) and add whatever fruit you'd like (this one has mangoes). After this stir and seal and shake container until everything is mixed. Put in fridge and leave overnight. In the morning grab and go! - I also like to add gluten free granola or museli mix in the morning before eating it!
Deliciouse! Gluten free and vegan "vodka sauce" 2 servings of Gluten free penne (my favorite is trader joes corn penne) 1 cup of mushrooms chopped 1/2 cup of chopped onions A handfull of spinach 2 cloves of garlic sliced 1/3 cup of of victorias vegan vodka sauce Sauté mushrooms and onions with a pinch of salt until onions brown add vodka sauce and stir.
