HoB  Cooking with Ansy - Seafood Curry

So this one is the least like the game art, BUT is more faithful to the recipe kinda. 😅

There’s all kinds of shellfish in the art (probably to visually set it apart from the various meat / poultry curries in Hyrule), but the actual ingredients are: Porgy / Hylian Rice / Goron Spice. Porgy being the tropical fish native to the waters around Lurelin Village (& they didn’t have porgy where I was shopping), I chose tilapia. I cooked it in the curry with the customary root veggies, & dashi broth instead of water. 🍛🐟

This is the first time I’ve had or made curry with seafood - when meat is added, it’s usually pork or beef, sometimes chicken. Verdict is…not bad! The dashi broth really brings out the flavor, too. 🌊

Also (because I’m a weenie lol) this is still the mild curry, though I did add some wasabi furikake for SOME extra spice (also seaweed). If you have more of a spice tolerance, just make / get the hottest curry roux, or add some extra spice yourself! ^o^/
