reminder: you aren’t faking your eating disorder if you eat “normally” for a few days or even a few weeks. your eating disorder doesn’t disappear just because you had a regular day, just like your recovery isn’t useless if you had a brief relapse. it’s about the mental struggle with eating and the shame we place on ourselves even if we can be “normal” on the outside. seek help if you can, stay as safe as you can. take care of yourself the best you can.
