Morning routine

I heave my body out of bed, and watch myself struggle against my stomach mass in the mirror across the room. I look at how pathetic I’ve become, it’s embarrassing. I waddle from bed to kitchen heaving and huffing, sometimes needing an inhaler for my obesity induced asthma. I get my prize from the kitchen and begin to shovel it past my chubby cheeks. I start to zone out and develop a vacant stare of mindless bliss and ecstasy. I eat for an hour or so, upon waking my poor belly is so hungry.

If it’s a day where my care worker comes in, I let her help me clean up, do dishes, washing, collecting fast food bags & anything that requires standing, walking and bending. My muscles are severely atrophied under my fat, I’ve gained weight so fast I can hardly walk, and I’ve barely gotten out of bed for most of it. I feel trapped under my lard. I’m too lazy to build any strength, plus moving means loosing precious pounds. So I’m perfectly content to let my mobility decline, ass firmly planted in one spot eating mountains of garbage until my fat coated heart can’t take it anymore.
