The launch lunch for the 25th Anniversary Festivale, Pierre's Brasserie, Launceston, Tasmania. Stephanie Alexander was our very, very special guest. (Seared  Bridport scallops on Meander Dairy strawberry balsamic with strawberry sparkling salsa; Duck River eye fillet tartare en croute; Tassie salmon Agwa and kaffir lime gravalax en brioche with Meander Dairy Creme Fraiche; Entree od Fennel honey pickled Rannoch Farm Quail on fennel apple salad, chardy soaked muscatels and chardy syrup; Main of local lamb cutlet with swansea walnut paste, yondover goat farm Lavender chevre, zucchini ribbons and Yondover Goat Yoghurt; Dessert: Lemon Thyme pannacotto with strawberry jelly, sweet apple crisps and thyme syrup; Bruny Island cheese platter with Meander valley Dairy Strawberry's AND Tassie Honey honeycomb).
