ok finally saw the new frankenstein and i have a lot of opinions and i know everyone else has a lot of opinions too but can we just take the time to appreciate how the film incorporates the writing of percy shelley and lord byron and pays tribute to that night at lake geneva in 1816 and the boys that mary shelley loved, whose hair she kept in her desk, who influenced her writing... like... our unbeatable literary throuple is still prospering y'all

This lovely green-striped gown has been worn several times over the years. It was most likely created for the 1995 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒋𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒆, where Anna Chancellor wore it as Caroline Bingley.   The costume was seen again in the 1998 adaptation of 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓, where Vicki Pepperdine wore it for her performance as Ann Dobbin.   In 2003, the piece was worn by an extra in 𝑩𝒚𝒓𝒐𝒏.   Find out where else this costume has been spotted at Bit.ly/RegRom011
