The Quran taught us

That behind defecting the ship (surah alkahf) there was khayr(Good).

And behind killing the boy (surah alkahf) there was khayr(Good).

And behind telling a mother to throw her child in the river (surah Qasas) there was khayr(Good).

And behind brothers throwing their brother into a well (surah Yusuf) there was khayr(Good).

So how can we doubt Allah's arrangement instead we say O Allah, give us patience for what we have no knowledge of. O Allah, appoint for us a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety.

- Infertility isn't a sign that God is displeased with you

The Prophet Muhammad (saw) was an orphan, a widower, and had to grieve the loss of his own children

- The best of mankind experienced these trials too

In your broken heartedness, remember that you are not alone "Even if you have no one, you are in the care of ALLAH"

اللّهُمَّ عافِني في بَدَني ، اللّهُمَّ عافِني في سَمْعِي ، اللّهُمَّ عافِني في بَصَرِي ، لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْتَ

اللّهُمَّ إِنّي أَعوذُبِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ ، وَالفَقْرِ ، وَأَعوذُبِكَ مِنْ عَذابِ القَبْرِ ، لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْتَ

(3 times)

Allaahumma 'aafinee fee badanee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee sam'ee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee basaree, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta (three times).

Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-kufri, walfaqri, wa 'a'oothu bika min 'athaabil-qabri, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta. (three times)

O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, preserve for me my hearing. O Allah, preserve for me my sight. There is none worthy of worship but You. (Recite three times in Arabic)

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is none worthy of worship but You. (Recite three times in Arabic)
