〝 how   do   you   not   know   to   use   a   fucking   glue   gun ? 〞   ian   looked   at   the   other   in   disbelief ,   brows   furrowed   as   he   leaned   forward .   he   had   always   assumed   that   using   a   glue   gun   was   common   sense ,   well   until   he   met   beau .   〝 we   won't .   you   said   you   were   bored   and   i   dug   this   out   for   you .   finish   your   globe . 〞   while   he   hates   doing   crafts ,   he   refused   to   give   into   the   other   so   easily .   〝 here .   i'll   show   you   how   to   use   it .   even   apple   knows   this . 〞   he   moved   closer   to   beau ,   mumbling   the   last   bit   of   sentence   ⸺   though   it   wasn't   intended   for   it   to   be   any   subtle   and   took   the   glue   gun .

“   because   i've   never   had   to   use   a   fucking   glue   gun   in   my   life   ,   ever   ,   ”   beau   snapped   ,   putting   emphasis   on   ‘   fucking   ’   ,   because   how   dare   ian   curse   at   him   !   something   about   ian   annoyed   the   hell   out   of   him   —   perhaps   because   he   never   let   beau   do   things   his   way   .   beau ,   growing   up   spoiled   and   accustomed   to   easily   charming   people   into   giving   him   whatever   he   wanted   ,   couldn't   help   but   be   annoyed   by   how   ian   remained   so   nonchalant   and   unaffected   .   beau's   bored   gaze   drops   to   the   glue   gun   in   ian's   hands   ,   mouth   pursing   into   a   thin   line   .   “   let's   see   you   make   this   fuckass   globe   ,   then   .   "

zephyr   knows how   lucky   he is to   have   blair   as   a   roommate   ⸺   his   meals   are   often   taken   care   of ,   which   admittedly   made   his   busy life   easier .   〝 i   know ,   but   i   still   want   to   return   the   favor . 〞   he   would've   planned   a lot more   if   he   was   any   creative   in it as   he   is   in   sculpture .   〝 it's   a   couple   of   blocks   from   here .   we   can   walk   if   you   don't   mind . 〞 bonus , it provides them a chance to talk even more which he thinks would be a nice addition for them .

it's   thoughtful   of   zephyr   to   even   consider   returning   the   favour   .   blair   wasn't   even   trying   to   get   something   out   of   making   lunch   for   him   —   he   simply   wanted   zephyr   to   have   a   nice   ,   full   meal   that   would   keep   him   energised   throughout   the   day   .   it   was   what   he   deserved   .   he   knew   zephyr   was   busy   ,   yet   he   still   finds   the   time   to   do   his   part   of   the   chores   .   if   anything   ,   this   was   blair   doing   something   in   return   .   "   we   can   totally   walk   ,   "   he   beams   ,   "   i   need   to   reach   my   10,000   steps   ,   anyway   .   "   he   lets   zephyr   lead   the   way   ,   falling   into   step   beside   him   .   "   how   was   your   week   ?   "
