They’ve spent their whole lives as a 'we,' but as senior year kicks off, the 'we' is starting to feel a lot more complicated than it used to be. He had the perfect opening. The lighting was right, the moment was there... and he asked her about basketball practice. Maybe tomorrow, Conrad. Maybe tomorrow.
