Valerie had only been to THE TREEHOUSE a few times, all for MISSION'S, she worked alongside Numbuh 0.3 && Numbuh 0.4 the most out of all of Sector Z. WIPING her feet && taking off her shoes, GROWING UP in a very STRICT FAMILY meant that she was OVERLY POLITE, she knew it was STRANGE, ALIEN IN A WAY for a KID- especially a KIDS NEXT DOOR OPERATIVE. A sequel tore from her throat, hand to her open mouth. ❝ Oh, Zero ! I didn't wake you up, did I ? ❞ WORRYING her lip between sharp teeth, the other girl looked WORN OUT, her voice lacking any of the normal SPITFIRE && MEAN JABS. It was STRANGE to say the least. Out of all of SECTOR Z she && Numbuh 0.3 ( she wasn't PREVY to her REAL NAME. It has been STRICTLY PROFESSIONAL ) always had had a ROCKY RELATIONSHIP... The relationship has been mostly WORK ACQUAINTANCES at best. It was simply BUSINESS between the two- At first, Valerie had tried to be POLITE && RESPECTIVE towards the other, after all, they were a part of the same ORGANIZATION.

But Valerie's... SICKNESS seemed to KILL any chance the two would have had at FORMING some kind of bond. Until now that is. Of course, unlike most she didn't F E A R Valerie like other CHILDREN did. THE BIG BAD HOMEWORK EATING WEREDOG seemed to be more of a humorous thing to Numbuh 0.3 than a THREAT. She had always tried to keep her ( && everyone else ) at ARM'S LENGTH. STAY PROFESSIONAL, which Numbuh 0.3 made it VERY easy in that DEPARTMENT. Letting her gaze linger for a quiet moment, It's quiet in the treehouse, but it's not a heavy, suffocating kind of quiet, unlike her house. It's peaceful. ❝ If I did hopefully a soda'll help. ❞ She gives a shy smile, holding out a can.
