Sorry I haven't posted in a while, things have been a little busy.

I've been locked up off and on for the last couple of months.  Lately it's become more locked than unlocked.  

My wife/KH decided to allow me only 4 orgasms for the month of June.  I've only had one, so I have 3 left up to me when I use them.  For the month of July I have "0" until I earn one.  I don't know how many I may be allowed to have.  She hasn't given me any stipulations yet as to how I earn them other than pleasing her.  I've been locked now for the last 9 days.
